I’m the operations director for a construction company. We do commercial and residential remodeling, and I oversee everything.

We needed a marketing team. We were doing it in-house, but we decided to hire someone.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cultivating & Marketing Professionals provides various marketing services for us. They do social media and ad campaign management. Initially, we relayed to them our current situation and what we wanted it to be. They put together different strategies and proposals of what we could do using 2–3 different budgets. Then, they went ahead with the engagement.

We had a basic one-page website, and they created the design. Also, they’ve done some local SEO, including keyword research.

What is the team composition?

We work with four people, including a marketing person, someone on the design and graphic side, someone on social media management, and someone who helped us do our business plan.

A family friend recommended them. They’d worked with them and told us that Cultivating & Marketing Professionals did really well.

We’ve spent about $15,000 on everything.

We began our partnership in January 2022, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We can log into the portal to see our insights every week. They consolidate all the data and show us whether we’re up or down in convergence, views, and more. We can see what’s going on with our campaigns and everything we put out there.

How did Cultivating & Marketing Professionals perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been exceptional. They’re local, so we’re not too far away from each other. We hop in sometimes and go to their office. Also, we communicate via phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Firstly, Cultivating & Marketing Professionals left things in our hands and let them sit there. We took a month before we hired them — it was nothing personal; we just had other things going on. Many companies would’ve nagged us, but they sent us two emails as a courtesy, which we liked.

On top of that, their work and communication are phenomenal. Whenever we need to fill out something, we can immediately get to them, and they keep us updated. Aside from the client portal, thy send us emails to let us know where they are. Overall, they’re a great agency to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have more locations; there are many people who’d like to work with them. If they’d opened up more places, they’d probably gain more business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They're an excellent team if you’re looking for strategy and starting from scratch. They’re proactive at figuring out what needs to be done and getting it done quickly. Also, they’re very witty, which is helpful when you’re trying to get business.

We received a brand kit, we received a website designed and marketing materials such as business cards, business brochures and infographics as well custom hard hats and safety vests.

Our website gained more visitors, we were able to offer our prospects infographics and we also were able to use the products delivered to our team which brought on more attraction in our working zones.
