Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Cubiz is doing ongoing development to fix bugs in our software to enhance customer satisfaction and usability, as well as they have been working on developing a completely custom Live Streaming feature for us as well. Key deliverables for the live stream feature include (but not limited to):

• identifying best practices for live streaming, 
• setting up and configuration of the code framework, 
• developing a live stream history for video on demand,
• creating custom stream keys for each of our customers... just to name a few

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There have not been any tasks that Cubiz hasn't been able to accomplish at this point. Each bug assigned has been fixed and every milestone for the live stream project has been reached with a high level of detail, quality and great communication

Gopal and Cubiz have been incredibly responsible and excellent communicators along the way. They are gracious and kind to work with and hold a very high level of skill. They deliver high quality work within the timeline agreed upon. They have an amazing team that makes our lives and business run so much smoother.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

High quality work with amazing communication. Most contractors have one or the other... most of the time communication fails with other contractors. Cubiz excels at daily communication and delivers very high quality of work

I can't think of any at this point. Any challenges along the way have been promptly and sincerely addressed by their team. Amazing job!
