The scope of work was to create a mobile application that would serve as a workflow solution for field investigators working at multiple construction job sites, consisting of pictures, interview forms, and other construction project documentation. 

This would then be centralized to a web application and database for office staff to integrate into total project lifecycle management.

The project has been ongoing with continual improvements and feature expansion. 

Milestones are set for each new roadmap and daily communication with weekly formal meetings keep us all calibrated on progress and prioritizations.

Cubix ablity to understand our needs and make conceptual functions come to life with little techinical imput is very impressive and valuable. We are a small organization and do not have technical resources on staff to mange and implement projects with the type of inputs generally provided by a client. Cubix's strong understanding of our mission and operations greatly assists in accomplishing our expanding goals with the applications.

We do not have any compliants or suggestions for improvements to the work or relationship at this time. In our history together over 5 years, any concerns that have arisen have been delt with quickly and well.

We hired Cubix to Design and Develop the First Forex Board Game in the world. My goal was to built the game as an Educational game. Cubix show a total different advantage towards the game, now the game has events, coins and it is educational.

The Honesty, from the first phone it was pure honesty. The sales man at the time said to me, " to built such a game will cost you $40 000 minimum"

The first step was to create something never seen before. It is the first forex board game in the world so there was no template. The designing, which includes the behaviour of different currencies, Economics and breaking news, rentals etc.

One thing i know it was massive team with a lot devices to complete the game. The Zoom was around 8 people brain storming including the project manger who complied the hole entire game.

We missed a deadline, but it was understandable. The game was complex to built and my demands was slightly crazy.

Our project is a native app developed for IOS and Andriod.

So, at this time of review, I'm still waiting for Apple and Google for app approval. I don't have any measurable outcomes or deliverables for final feedback on the usage of the app. I'm hoping this app will be the next innovative resource for higher education for organizational management in terms of achieving complete performance success.

The project managers were easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We had Zoom meetings as well as phone calls. All updates and communication were sent through slack. We had a long extended timeline for development. I was happy to communicate with the team to be thorough instead of pushing out a project without all being completed.

The immediate knowledge of my app vision and how the collaboration grew into a team working relationship showed me that this company really has a genuine interest in this project. They are all super excited and want this project to be a success.

Setting up passwords and accounts with an integrated business connection to the app other than the client taking the time to review tutorials for completion.

We’ve currently in the final phase of development and should be ready to launch in the coming months. We’ve conducted focus groups and early beta tests with some of our community and the feedback have been phenomenal.

They are friendly people. We had calls and zoom meetings to discuss the nitty gritty details about the project. These meetings were usually scheduled once a week and rest of the communication was managed via emails and Slack.

NFT was new to us - and we didn’t know how to get started. But the Cubix team not only guides us along the way, but they also offer some good ideas that help improve our marketplace. Their team was expressive of their opinions and weren’t afraid to contradict us in case we were heading in the wrong direction. We’d like to extend our gratitude to our project manager who has been with us all along the way.

The launch went smoothly and the beta testers had only good things to say about the application. The UI and UX design was impeccable and every feature worked flawlessly. We are still observing the progress of the app but there have been no problems so far.

Most of our communications took place on Google meet, skype and so on. We had a meeting once a week and discussed the progress. The meeting was usually attended by the project manager and the account manager. They were all punctual and they presented the details to us in a very detailed manner.

They listened to our needs, researched, and made their service fit our application. If they found gaps in our ideas they were forthcoming with the information and told us how we could make it a better fit for our application.

They receive notifications in real-time, and donors can view their donation history straight on the dashboard. Cubix team started off with wireframes and designs and later transitioned into development once the designs were ready and approved. They are currently running transaction simulations to ensure it’s operating just as intended.

We had been assigned a team of 4 mobile app developers who were working on multiple projects including this one. Apart from them, we had a chance to work with their tech head who was responsible for orchestrating their team.

The app is highly secure and fully functional. Cubix team took care of all the nitty gritty details that make the app stand out from the crowd. Generally, these kinds of apps are more boring than fun. But with the meticulous app design and animations, this app delivers a consistent and engaging user experience on all the fronts.
