I’m the co-founder of The Newspoint Pakistan, a news publishing platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cubix IT?

We needed someone to help us develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the web development project with a discussion and listing of the requirements that they needed to perform. They then presented us with their design ideas for approval that ultimately led to the final delivery.

The website was built using WordPress and we required them to implement SEO plugins and keyword research to make it more SEO-friendly on Google.

What is the team composition?

We first interacted with the requirement analyst, and then went on to communicate with the project manager and web designer.

How did you come to work with Cubix IT?

We came across Cubix IT through Google and we decided to work with them because they were the most cost-efficient choice.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $750–$1,000 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2020–January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Cubix IT provided us a good service and we’re 100% satisfied with what they delivered. We’ve seen some improvements in some of the keywords we’ve targeted, which enabled us to increase our rankings to the second and third pages of Google.

How did Cubix IT perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well as they were able to deliver the project on time and within the budget. We mostly communicated in person, through email, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We liked that they went above and beyond the original scope and implemented some extra services, such as social media management and design.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communication is really important, so I would advise them to be transparent and open to communication with Cubix IT.

We started our online news forum and wanted to expand worldwide online so we needed a website we were looking for developers in our city and cubixIT caught our eyes they did a splendid job in bringing our ideas to life we are more than happy with the outcome.
