I found Cubezoo via google. Their offices are close to mine so it made logistical sense. This helped with my deciding factor but I was also a fan of their portfolio.

They created a blueprint of the website and then overlayed it with design. The next step was coding. The website is functional on both mobile and web and developed in bootstrap.

Three people worked on this project. An account manager, a designer and a front-end developer.

The website looks fantastic and i'm proud to direct client's to the site.

I enjoyed working with their account manager, Iva. She was very thorough and showed top class managerial skills. The design and development were just as good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I would have to say their efficiency was impressive. I was told my website was a small job but no expense was spared in terms of craftsmanship and care.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing really. The biggest challenge was the copywriting but that's only because the equipment we sell is quite technical.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When we first initiated our search for a partner to assist us with developing our platform we decided that we have 3 main criteria that we require from such a partner.

• Firstly we required a one-stop shop. A partner that can handle the entire process from coming up with concepts and mockups all the way to deploying and taking care of a platform.
• Secondly, we required a partner that shows that they remain relevant with design and technology trends, and thirdly a partner that shows they have a good track record regarding past projects.

Out of all our possible choices we found that CubeZoo has all 3 qualities that we are looking for.

We had an initial meeting giving an overview of our requirements. iN the second meeting, we discussed our requirements in detail. The first deliverables came in the form of wireframes. we had a couple of reviews and then moved into the Design phase. Designs were delivered on time and we did not have changes to make to them.

We were very happy with what CubeZoo produced. After the design period, we moved into the development phase. We had a review every 2 weeks at the end of a sprint. We would give our feedback and they would produce a build of the project for us. Eventually, we finished the project and moved into a maintenance plan and we are currently in our launch phase for the project

An account manager was our point of contact. 2 developers where in our review meetings with one designer.

The site is still in its launch phase, so it's still early days. The feedback we got from our beta launch has been very positive and we are very happy with CubeZoo's work.

We had meetings every 2 weeks. The communication went through the account manager. Responses were always timely and they always accommodated any of our requests or concerns

We were impressed by the way they immediately understood our product and our platform. This created a seamless and frictionless experience for us.

Our software had some bugs that needed ironing out. However when we pointed this out they quickly and promptly addressed any issues we had.
