What challenge were you trying to address with CS Web Solutions?

We needed SEO and web development services. In the past, I had gotten some SEO work done on our website, mainly focused on on-page optimization, so I was looking for help with off-page optimization, link building, and using proper keywords for our content.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CS Web Solutions has provided us with SEO and web development services. Initially, they audited our website and showed us the opportunities and things that could be improved. Then, they offered a complete solution for marketing and SEO.

When CS Web Solutions joined us, we already had a Wix-based website, but it needed a lot of work. Therefore, they developed a plan to make some changes to our website in order for them to deliver results. They gave me a very good package for that part of the project, and once it was approved, they overhauled my website.

As part of their SEO work, CS Web Solutions has provided keyword research. Initially, they did the complete research and provided me with a list of keywords to pick from. They then gave me a complete analysis of the search volume for each keyword that I chose so that I could define the keywords I wanted them to work on.

In addition to SEO, CS Web Solutions has been managing our social media, which includes creating posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, creating backlinks, and getting our business registered on different platforms. In addition to creating posts, their team also creates artwork and creative assets for social media, and they also manage those platforms for us. Moreover, they've optimized our Google listing and reviewed our Google Ads.

What is the team composition?

I've been interacting with three teammates from CS Web Solutions. I don't know how many others are working on the backend, but it looks like they have a very big team. Their team includes a web developer, an SEO specialist, and an account manager with whom I interact on a regular basis. Moreover, I've had a couple of meetings with their CEO.

How did you come to work with CS Web Solutions?

I found them on Google. I was shopping around, read some good reviews about CS Web Solutions, and found out that their prices were competitive — that was what drove me towards them.

How much have you invested with them?

I do a quarterly contract with them for three months' worth of work, and although the cost varies, it's usually around $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around Q4 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CS Web Solutions has done a pretty good job and exceeded my expectations. Thanks to them, my business has seen a great improvement in calls and leads, as the traffic, queries, and phone calls that we receive have increased. I have another company providing me phone answering services, and they've been billing me a lot more because I'm obviously receiving more calls and leads.

We're now showing up on the first page of search results for most of the keywords I've provided them with. Moreover, the website revamp has also made a huge difference in getting my business up on Google. Basically, thanks to CS Web Solutions, my business is busy, which means that their work has paid off.

How did CS Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

CS Web Solutions' project management has been outstanding. They've met all the deadlines and commitments they've made thus far. We mostly communicate via WhatsApp and email, so there's no project management tool being used. I simply receive reports via email.

I would like to give a shout-out to Sal (Project Manager), Sunny (Business Development Manager), and Vin (Founder). They've done a very good job and have been very responsive. Sal is the one I keep close contact with, and he always makes sure that everything that I need is addressed.

CS Web Solutions' flexibility and drive to go above and beyond are outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything CS Web Solutions could improve on.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

It is very important to make an informed decision. Make sure to talk to them about the deliverables, ask them what they guarantee, and ask them how long it will take them to get some results. All those aspects are very important to keep in mind.

CS Web Solutions developed our website from scratch. In the beginning, we had a face-to-face meeting to discuss the website we were looking for and its different components. We wanted to have more than a basic website, so we talked about our vision and defined the pages and all the steps the project required. Then, CS Web Solutions took it from there and worked with us throughout the process.

The team built this website on WordPress, and they also handled the design. We provided them with content, and they uploaded it and designed the pages to make it look good.

I was the one leading the project, and we had an office manager involved.

We worked together on this project from March 2024–April 2024. However, we may engage CS Web Solutions for some marketing work as well soon.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching our new website, we've seen some site traffic, but we haven't gotten any leads yet. Overall, the quality of CS Web Solutions' work was very good. There were a few issues, but we were able to get through them.

How did CS Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

CS Web Solutions delivered on time and within budget. We communicated via virtual meetings and email. We always shared emails.

Sunny (Business Development Manager) did a very good job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their design work was very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

CS Web Solutions' response time could have been a bit better. Throughout the project, we faced some issues and had to wait a little too long to get answers back. However, we found out that one of their team members was very sick, so maybe that was the case. I'm not sure if the slow responses happen all the time or if it was something that happened to us due to that situation.

• Frontend inspector portal on mobile devices which includes fillable forms, search functions, ability to upload files (audio/visual) and is connected to backend database. 
• Backend administrator portal which includes functions to manage customer database & inspector database, upload and download reports, send and receive reports to customers, generate quotations and certificates. 
• Email and push notification function for reports status update.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The mobile app will speed track our inspection work and greatly simplify our workflows. The app developed by CS Web Solutions is easy to use and practical, which will save our company a lot of time in the long run. The time saved on report management is the key outcome sought from this project.

CS Web Solutions were very responsive to our comments during app testing and would modify the app as required. They were also very accommodating when changes to the app were required. The communication was always timely, accurate, and organized. The items were delivered just as promised and on time.

We looked into various app developers for our project. What is most impressive about CS Web Solutions is that they had one of the most competitive prices but it did not affect the quality of their work, which was detailed, accommodating and professional.

Thanks to CS Web Solutions' work, our leads have increased by 20%–30%, and the sources for lead generation have increased. Our Google ranking has also increased; SEO has had a huge impact on the ranking.

They’re professional and timely in their communication. They've handled everything that has been communicated to them. As for tools, we use email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. I'm unsure which tools they use on the backend.
