We needed a more reliable technology consultant firm to come in and help with making sure our network was running reliably. We needed to also make sure that when we called them on the phone they would answer with a live human being and I will not have to leave a message. When I call them they always pick up the phone which is important when there is an issue I need to solve.

There had an issue with a computer in our sanctuary and people watching sermons remotely. The stream would drop completely. The issue was solved.
