The whole journey started from the time we first connected. We started with stating about the problems while they went through a thorough analysis of both the industry as well as the market. With our expectations and their findings from the result they drafted out a blueprint of the solution which we found the exact fit for our needs. Then we talked about our budget and we were quite astonished when they said it would fit in that too. After shaking hands virtually, the onboarding process took place in a minimal time.

This data is compiled after a month of using CronJ’s solution, and from it you will see the positive effect it has created for our firm.

In the first place we were able to cut down our fuel costs by 30%, which is quite an achievement for us.

Secondly, we have been able to efficiently utilize our fleets for successful last-mile deliveries, again saving re-delivery and storage costs.

Our employees are able to operate from their mobile devices which is making the solution which is streamlining the entire process while reducing latency. Complete visibility of the entire source to settle process is another milestone which we gained with the help of this solution while we are also able to communicate easily with our suppliers. In short, we are able to complete our assignments faster, enhance our productivity, get clear and actionable insights, reduce costs, save time and focus on value added activities. We expected breaks and delays while integrating the solution with our existing system but CronJ implemented it seamlessly.

Apart from this we can analyze the cause and effect caused by demands and make necessary adjustments to our inventory.
