We extract crude oil as well as natural gas from the earth’s crust. The task is to drill the surface and construct a well to pump the hydrocarbons. An upstream business firm in oil and gas involves high investment capital. Moreover, it is a time-consuming task. The existing workflow had many loopholes.

The whole journey started from the time we first connected. We started with stating about the problems while they went through a thorough analysis of both the industry as well as the market. With our expectations and their findings from the result they drafted out a blueprint of the solution which we found the exact fit for our needs. Then we talked about our budget and we were quite astonished when they said it would fit in that too. After shaking hands virtually, the onboarding process took place in a minimal time.

Not only so keeping a track on the stock was becoming extremely difficult too. Since we used to monitor manually we didn’t always get accurate results. Hence we decided to implement a smart Supply Chain and Demand Forecasting and Planning System at our firm.

We used to get regular updates on the development journey. And each update consisted of a feedback option which was great. They made sure to integrate all our existing systems with their product before going for a final check with the help of quality assurance and testers. Overall, we got full visibility of the development process which is commendable.

We managed to achieve a lot after implementing this system at our premise. Moreover, we started analyzing segments based on items, locations and customers for a better insight. We can also track down the main cause of forecast errors with the help of ML algorithms. Apart from this we can analyze the cause and effect caused by demands and make necessary adjustments to our inventory. Moreover, we have seen a steady rise in both our production as well as business performance.

We also got frequent updates about each stage of development and after the project was finally completed we were asked to check it out. We really like the product but we were quite skeptical about its functionality. But CronJ left no doubts in our minds.
