We wanted to widen our customer base. The aim was to achieve it with a highly scalable, accurate web application.

CronJ began with extensive market research. After making a detailed note of customer requirements, the UX was designed. The iterative design process ensured a smooth User Interface. The developers built the application with MERN stack technology.

The Agile process followed ensured the faster development of the application. The backend of the web application was hosted on AWS. Customizing financial planning turned out to be very handy with the glitch-free application.

The project had eight members of the team. It was inclusive of all the requirements. The team had a Tech lead followed by a React, Node, and Express developer. Besides, the project had a dedicated and experienced UI-UX designer. Also, it had a tester to assure quality in the application.

It achieved milestones effectively on time. It made sure to attend the bugs immediately and get them fixed. The team was flexible and worked with us with a collective spirit.

CronJ impressed us with the handpicked skillset that it owns. The development team was updated with the latest technologies and the trending market needs. It tackled all the difficulties swiftly. The team never missed ensuring quality throughout the development cycle. It has helped us chalk out our next steps in the future. Also, it has been providing constant support.

We wanted an Android and iPhone app for our company's workforce. We wanted the entire App and other things from the vendor ie: UI UX design, App development, Dashboard Development, Cloud hosting, Maintenance, Documentation, Data Migration, etc.

We hired a Flutter team of 3 developers and 1 Tech lead. There was one tester from our side too. The project was for a period of 5 months.

This App proved to be successful. We reduced the Manual HR processes by 92% lesser time-consuming. The UI given by CronJ turned out to be very intuitive and the learning curve was very short for the end customers (our employees).

The Tech lead was the single point of contact. Trello was used to manage the project. They followed the Agile scrum process with daily standup updates. They are professionals in what they do... All scenarios were thoroughly tested and released to us. Project management was smooth.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They give quality results in targeted time. They never over promised or under-deliver things. Non Functional Requirements were taken care of correctly. This was very impressive and other companies should learn from them. The flutter app they created was excellent in responsiveness to all sizes of devices. This was the most brilliant thing about CronJ. They take care of all details.

Nothing to be improved. It was a flawless service delivered by Team CronJ. In the future, we want the same tech lead and the developers from CronJ.

For what projects/services did your company hire CronJ IT Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

We hired CronJ to build our software as a Cloud Web App using MERN stack and Mobile App using React Native. Our goal was to migrate to Cloud based Javascript platform and to additionally have a Mobile app. The existing solution is based on a legacy system and we want to move forward to modern cloud technology to have more capabilities for our customers.

We researched and shortlisted various vendors. We had a Proof of Concept developed as a final selection procedure. CronJ gave the best solution in the least time. After thorough discussion with CronJ's tech team we concluded to select them.

We hired MERN stack developers and React Native developers to build our app. CronJ services started from Requirements Elicitation, Gathering, System Design and Development. They also hosted our app in production version and they are maintaining it now.

5 Web App MERN full stack developers and 2 React Native developers. Additionally we hired 1 Designer and 1 Tester. So in total 9 people from CronJ worked on our project. One of the developers was a senior and he functioned as a project lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This is critical to our business as this serves as the core app for our customers. There has been a significant percentage of increment in our customer satisfaction after the new app is deployed.

This has opened us for more business from existing users and we are further upgrading our software in partnership with CronJ.

One of the Lead developers from CronJ Team was coordinating the entire team. Jira was used for Project Management and right from the beginning bugs were tracked and milestones were executed professionally.

Experience of the developers team is very good. They always had solutions for any new problems that were coming up. Considering how complex our solution is, their team handled it with ultimate professionalism. We are impressed!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing. Right now CronJ team works in India and we want them to work in our location UAE for the upcoming projects if possible.
