They were very responsive and accessible which was such a great put to us the entire time.

However, the most significant thing was they offered room for both creativity in design and skilled execution in technology. There are a ton of development shops that also offer design services, many of whom are great at what they do, but Sly Fox is first and foremost design – and then development. They are user experts and always ensure the design decisions meet business needs. Their openness and long-term outlook really made them a part of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sly Fox 🥇 UI/UX Design Studio could have done differently?

The only thing I could complain about would be the post-launch training sessions for non-technical users, they could be a little more specific. Although they provided documents, I thought it might be better if they did a brief hands-on workshop.
