How did you select this vendor?

We pre-tested the know-how on web-technologies before engaging and CREW Intent proved to be very well-performing in that area. We tested using customized development tests

Video Automation is a service-oriented automation solution that provides a centralized way to automate video-flows regardless of camera vendor. CREW Intent task is in the area of interfacing and coming up with simple user-side experience. The service provided by Crew Intent is development based on weekly adaptable scope

What was the team composition?

We joined expertise with CREW and act as one team covering Front & Back-Ends combined so that the development is cross-layered and we directly work in an integrated setup

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This is a MVP. Its goal is to technically validate our proposed solution. The impact is generation of leads and interest from our potential customers

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

GEAR managed the project with CREW Intent part of the team for the Graphical Interface development part. We involved CREW in multiple development tasks and even if geographically separated we acted as one team sharing know-how across several layers. The development is done on a feature-base approach as the needs imply

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like working with CREW Intent as they are customer-focused, produce qualitative deliverables and given some complex project-setups they are quite a very good team-player in doing their best in integrating their work in the bigger flow. Also flexibility, delivery times and not the least very competitve rates are highly appreciated

Are there any areas for improvement?

CREW Intent positioned itself as an extranlized development part from day 1. We liked the clear approach and reponsability separation this company addopted. They managed not to over-commit while keeping a good delivery pace throughout the project. With more involvement and know-how sharing we think our collaboration can go only better.

I am the owner of an IT company and we are based out of India. We Provide IT services and we outsourced the vendor for one of our projects

For what projects/services did your company hire Crew Intent?

We hired them to work on one of our projects of web & mobile app development, it's a service-based app and they received complete payment from us and delivered the project filled with bugs.

Upon requesting for months to fix the bugs they ignored our request, finally, they stopped replying to our messages and sent the source code saying please get it fixed yourself, this company is not reliable through and through. Please save yourselves from such unprofessional companies

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to complete this project on time which they could not on top it's completely filled with bugs I made huge losses

How did you select this vendor?

Unfortunately one of my friends referred them to me, I have suffered a lot and I do not want anybody else to suffer We looked into many companies but since these people were referred by a friend we decided to hire them. The owner was involved

B2B & B2C service-based web & mobile application Thanks to this unprofessional vendor we lost a lot of money. I was a customer for them. They were responsible to design and develop complete web and mobile app for me

Do they have a team? I wonder!! As far as I know, 2 people were involved from the vendor side Yes from two it became one

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

No, the project is filled with bugs and the delay in delivery has cost us too much money. I was an unsatisfactory engagement compare to what I thought. I'm very dissatisfied with the results and disappointed about the losses I gained by hiring them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

we were available and are still available for them but they are too busy cheating other clients who have unfortunately given them projects to work on

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I feel such an unprofessional vendor can be on such sights that impressive. I have worked with couple of vendors and this vendor produced zero quality work

Are there any areas for improvement?

They need to be banned from this industry, they are unprofessional, and I wish they had worked properly and given good results they would have received more projects from me
