The goals of the project was making a brand new platform for the marketing world. We have been sitting on this project for a few years untill Crescentek came along. We just had to make it with them. 

They helped us with every step of the way. From making the designs for the website, platform, plugins, you name it. Till the development from the platform itself. It is a large project that is still going on.

I'm gratefull for finding a trustworthy partner in this endouver. 

We are doing more and more projects with crescentek, they have the knowledge and the power to be on top of the projects.

This particular project was a filterable google map of locations based on Custom Post fields. This was my first project with Crescentek and I was somewhat hesitant because I suspected communication problems and was afraid for lack of accountability because of distance, cultural differences etc. Instead, communicability was great, communication lines were always short and effective. In short: their service level was really astonishing.

They have a dashboard were you can track progress by looking at screenshots from developers, with time codes. In the end they produced exactly what I briefed.

We connect webshops to marketplaces and for some marketplaces we make custom build integration modules. Integration modules based on API, email interpretation or RPA technology.

I have spoken this vendor during several network events. The vendor showed me the way of working and some testimonals. The way of working: a sales technical engineer working close with the software engineers / web developers works great.

My company made the functional designs. These designs were discussed with their sales technical engineer. Designs regarding software development in Laravel, Selenium, Wordpress/Woocommerce. Almost each week we have a standup to discuss on going business.

Deliverables were tested by the vendor after which we tested the software or website in our staging environment. The application makes it possible to get the webshop products of a customer webshop and place it in a dashboard. This dashboard gives a overview of the existing products.

Furthermore, newly created products are published on a marketplace. For this marketplate the manual steps are automated by selenium (Robotic Process Automation). The automation that Crescentek implemented saves my customers two days a week uploading products.

With this automated marketplace integration my customer saves a lot of manual processing, at least 2 mandays a week. And she is able to get more product awearness on this specific marketplace which will boost her performance.

My company defined the work buckets which were put on a CRM system of the vendor. Each work bucket can be assigned to one or multiple team members. Each team member can use this environment to communicate with us. We also use Skype to discuss topic of ongoing business.

We had direct contact with the team members. And most impressive is the use of a sales technical engineer. He understands our demand very quickly and can communicate this with the team members. And the time zone difference is great.

When we submit new designs druing the day. The next morning some designs are already delivered and ready for test.

Although the work delivered is great, we had some discussions regarding documentation and naming of the software code.

Crescentek were instrumental in delivering what the client wanted, ensuring an efficent upload of initial product data then recommending and implementing additional plugins to make the site easier to manage.
