PECOS setup for Medicare billing eligibility related to equipment-related professional services. This was a specific pain point because Medicare rules differ significantly from commercial plans.

Revenue cycle reporting cleanup where they manually reconciled 450+ historical transactions, flagging 67 that required resubmission and 23 that needed write-off approval.
