Their project management was amazing. At the beginning, they had divided the project in 4 milestones and had given the activities that would be carried out for each of them. There was a dedicated SPOC from their end who was introduce at the start of the project. All of their milestones were delivered on time, even if there was a delay from our end, they made sure to give us updates and push us to ensure it is done on time.
They responded very well to our needs, we gave them our requirement initially and they took over from there and handled the project very well and the end result was incredible. They give a lot of advise through out the process on how our decisions in terms of the pictures we are using, content we are writing impact the company in the long run. Not once we felt as if they are not interested in the project, they handled it as if its their baby.

The seamless process was something very impressive and unique. Everything was clear from day one and if any issues did come up in between, which always happens in projects, they took care of it with ease. I loved how they were giving us advise and were not doing it just because they want to earn money, there was a lot more to it than that.
Like I mentioned, they took care of this project as their own baby. Another great factor about them is the versatility, we wanted to add videos on our website and they were able to make one for us as well. We wanted to make a case study videos (separate project) and they did a great job on that as well and could handle it with ease. We threw a lot of challenges at them in between, with new requirements and they were able to handle is efficiently without delaying the timeline.

We needed a fresh look for the website that would be simple, clean, and easy to navigate. It had to reflect the values of our NGO and be accessible to all visitors.We wanted to have separate sections for each of our main fields of work, which are:

Healthcare
Social Services
Emergency Relief
Each section was  to show the work we’ve done, the changes we’ve made, and the new projects we’ve started all over India.
In each of these sections, we wanted to show all the years of work, improvements, and new ideas we’ve had. This way, people could learn about our efforts in each area and see how we’ve grown over time.
We also needed a report section and also wanted to connect our social media platforms with website where we could share updates, stories, and news about what’s going on with our work. It’s a way to keep our audience informed and connected with us.
