I needed help developing my site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Sprout Media developed my WordPress e-commerce site, and they’re going to manage my Instagram and Google AdSense advertising.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with one person from Creative Sprout. He’s the person who developed my site.

How did you come to work with Creative Sprout Media?

One of my close friends was working with them, and she was becoming successful with her page.

How much have you invested with them?

I paid $300 for my website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Creative Sprout around two months ago, and we launched the site today.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Creative Sprout is great, and we haven’t had any problems. The person I’ve worked with made a lot of suggestions, he’s very polite, and I like his work. The site is working exactly as I wanted.

How did Creative Sprout Media perform from a project management standpoint?

I can reach them whenever I need to, and that’s very important. We communicate through WhatsApp and Zoom, and we’re in contact every other day. They’re good at meeting deadlines.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

My contact knows what he’s doing, and it’s easy to work with him.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They’ve done a great job.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I’ve recommended them to a couple of people already. My contact is an honest person, and it’s easy to reach him. I don’t have any specific advice.
