Creative Scope initially helped us by creating our logo, dictate our colour palette, and decide on fonts to use for our headings and body text consistently across all channels and mediums.
Creative Scope designed and developed a simple yet beautiful website on WordPress. Implemented with our new branding. The website covered all of our services and also featured an instant quote form that would spit out an exact quote to users who filled in a quick questionnaire.
Creative Scope implemented a monthly SEO Strategy that involved creating dedicated SEO pages for particular business types, employment types, and various industries. It also included 2 blog posts per month.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our organic website traffic went from pretty much 0 to us receiving over 1650 clicks over the last 3 months with over 220k impressions. We're receiving at least 10 solid leads per month and closing 1-3 every month! Although it took longer than expected to get to the results we we're promised, working with the Creative Scope team has been amazing and they did not let us down!

The project management was great. Moe and Feras were always quick to communicate and we would receive answers to our questions and requests almost immediately. All of the monthly SEO deliverables were always submitted on time. We expected to see more leads come earlier but it took a couple more months of work to finally start seeing consistent good quality leads calling the phone.

Creative Scope designed and developed our website, remodelmyhome.ca, and then took on our SEO, local search and Google Business Profile work.

Website: a custom WordPress build, with service pages for each of our offerings (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, whole-home, condo and custom homes), project galleries, quote and contact forms, and a mobile-friendly design that matches our brand.

SEO and content:

Location pages: 27 city pages across the GTA. Service pages by city: 32 pages, such as “Basement Renovations in Vaughan” and “Home Additions in Etobicoke”. Each is written around that city’s permits, zoning and housing.

Blog: a series of cost and planning guides covering kitchen, bathroom, basement and addition costs, legal basement apartments and house extensions. The facts are researched against official city and provincial sources.

Resource pages: permits, timelines, financing and ROI.

Technical SEO: Fixed a spam crawl issue that had generated hundreds of thousands of junk URLs in Google. Set up search engine optimization and structured data. Improved site speed. Set up Google Search Console.

Local search and AI visibility: Google Business Profile: optimized it (categories, service areas, hours, posts, booking link).

Listings: audited our online listings for consistent business details. AI assistants: made sure ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI tools can find and accurately describe our business.
