Building on that foundation, my website and all related assets were created with consistent visual and strategic alignment. There’s honestly nothing I would suggest for improvement. Everything was perfect: smooth process, clear communication, and excellent results. Creative Mules delivered exactly what I needed and more.

I'm the founder and CEO of wefield, a non-governmental organization (NGO) that turns wasteland into ecosystems with the city of Hamburg, volunteers, and other partners.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creative Mules?

We were working on a new website for almost a year with different agencies and people within our NGO, and it took a long time. In the end, we decided to give the project to professionals.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We already had the flow and knew what we needed for the website. We had a good idea of the functions and sizes we needed. We've reviewed the requirements and showed Creative Mules a wireframe we had prepared. The team has taken over and used our flow to create a new wireframe. Creative Mules has also designed the website, implemented the design on Webflow, built the CMS, and added a CRM.

An easy-to-use CMS is important. One of our site's main features is that we can create our events and projects, maintaining the website ourselves instead of having an agency on our side all the time. The team has leveraged Figma for design and collaboration and Loom for recording videos and screenshots.

What is the team composition?

My project manager is Corbinian, Creative Mules' co-founder. There are 3–4 other teammates involved, but we only meet them on group calls and exchange comments on Figma.

How did you come to work with Creative Mules?

We were searching for a creative agency to build our website. Through contact, we got Corbinian's number. We checked some of Creative Mules' work and saw they could do what we wanted. We had the first call with them, and they guided us through the process. We had a good feeling and decided to go for it.

How much have you invested with them?

We've invested between €25,000 and €40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2025, and the website went live in May. We're still in contact with Creative Mules. We have a maintenance package with them. If we need something, we reach out to them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've immediately noticed that the inquiries we've received through the website have better quality. We have better forms and information, so the quality of the inquiries has increased. We've also received a lot of positive feedback. People tell us we have a beautiful website.

Moreover, we've obtained more subscriptions from new members. We have many projects, and explaining every project in detail on the phone or via WhatsApp has always been hard. Now, we refer to our website, where they can find all the information, which is fantastic because it saves a lot of time.

How did Creative Mules perform from a project management standpoint?

Creative Mules meets deadlines and stays on budget. The team uses Notion, and we've filled in some information there. We also use a shared Google Drive folder to share images and other files. We collaborated on Figma.

We've had weekly meetings through Google Meet during the development phase. We've also exchanged emails and used WhatsApp for quick answers.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Creative Mules is highly structured. If you don't have a good project manager, it can be a pain. Corbinian has been an amazing project manager. He's consistently on time and does what he promises. The other impressive thing has been their speed. Our website has a lot of content and forms, and they've done it quite fast.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren't any. We've moved from Wix to Webflow, and although Webflow allows for more control, we've needed to get used to it. However, I'd have to search for something Creative Mules needs to improve, which wouldn't be unfair.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear idea of what you want. Prepare all the images and pictures you want to have on the website. Creative Mules will ask for things because they don't know them, and you'll have to know them. The more prepared you are, the faster the project goes. The customer in speed would be the customer, not Creative Mules.

In parallel, they began conceptualizing potential directions for the website and brand. Ultimately, they synthesized all findings into high-fidelity wireframes for our review, followed by finalizing copywriting.

The result was a responsive website that aligned with the agreed-upon content and visual aesthetics, including animation prototypes for key sections.

• Brand building and design: For a newly created, soon to launch exclusive virtual club, we needed a new brand including CI. Deliverables included a style guide and logos we could use right away. They presented several designs which matched our expectations of a premium, exclusive, high class offering. Furthermore Creative Mules delivered several marketing collateral suggestions, such as a digital marketing package which helps us promote the service. We highly appreciate their creative input and ideas and delivering more results than we originally asked for or thought of.
• Website and UX design: Creative Mules built a website for us which presented the service and served as the first beachhead to capture newsletter subscribers and club membership requets. Key deliverable was a membership sign up process incorporated in the website.

Success factors agreed upon and over-delivered:

• Branding package: logo, style guide, collateral such as digital marketing package for promotion on social media were over-delivered
• Live website in brand design including sign up flow for membership requests (in the pre-launch phase, this is our primary product)

Creative Mules is both very fast in responding to and realizing requests. No waiting and wondering, but lightning fast delivery. Plus a very transparent process. Progress on key deliverables was shared throughout the project in Figma, so we could follow along and provide feedback. Whenever input from us was required, it was easy to provide (e.g. Figma comments, quick Whattsapp).

To achieve this, we partnered with Creative Mules, who played an instrumental role in refining our brand to better reflect our current team, target audience, and the exceptional work we produce. Our goal was to create a distinct and clear identity that would empower us to confidently convey our mission, attract new clients, and continue our growth.

Creative Mules began by helping us reimagine our brand identity. The process started with logo conceptualization, where they developed three distinct logo concepts, each representing a potential direction for the Tiny Giants brand. We gave Creative Mules the intended brand identity as well as the narrative / texts that we think should go on the webpage. 

Creative Mules developed multiple brand concepts, iterate the brand concepts and finalized the logo as well as a corporated identity. 

In the process of developing the website, they created wireframes that ultimately led to a both desktop and mobile friendly webpage as well as social media assets.

The webpage www.culturecodefoundation.com is live, in time and budget.

Creative Mules were the most organized, transparent and to-the-point agency I have ever worked with. Nothing more to say. 

They are heros when it comes to project management and have had super fast response times to requests.

The scope was to create a new Homepage for my business, with delivering a perfect message to the customer that describe my offer, but also to explain the person behind it. Next to this I asked the team to create new branding material for me.

The team was highly dedicated to the task, motivated, and always very friendly. They are creative, full of good ideas andwell staffed. They always delivered in time. They always realized my demands the way I expected it. 

They have a great texter (thanks Renè), a very warm and unbelievable branding person (my wonderful Sasha), and two very well organized guys that did the organization and all the rest of the techi stuff (thanks to Corbi and the other teammember). I was able to see, that the team works hand in hand and very well aligned.
