For ongoing support after the website launch, the Creative Mules team utilizes an internal Trello board in conjunction with Figma. This combination of tools likely helps in managing tasks, tracking progress, and addressing any post-launch issues efficiently. It's worth noting that the turnaround time for ongoing support is mostly just a few hours.
