The main communication channels during the design and development phase were Figma and regular check-in meetings via Around calls. For ongoing support after the website launch, the Creative Mules team utilizes an internal Trello board in conjunction with Figma. This combination of tools likely helps in managing tasks, tracking progress, and addressing any post-launch issues efficiently. It's worth noting that the turnaround time for ongoing support is mostly just a few hours.

We could always reach the Project Strategist and his answer always came very quickly. They had a profound knowledge and always found the best solutions for our requirements.
