I’m a tech enthusiast and entrepreneur. We developed an online Automotive sales platform for the Australian market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Creativ Digital, and what were your goals?

Initially, I needed to create a web-based, easy-to-use web-based Automotive sales platform to innovate and disrupt the auto market. I’ve been struggling for the last three years to find a competitive team to work on my project, as it involves complex software development. One of the main requirements is to create the whole architecture efficiently and in a scalable way had to make our own solution.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was referred by another company founder who had worked with them so was confident of their capabilities and level of devotion to their clients.

Creativ Digital provided every support I can think of, from development (process flows, admin panel, core system, and algorithms) and design to consulting on optimisations and testing. The app has an invoicing and auction system that takes the user from initial offer to completed purchase.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with PHP developers, a design team, several project managers, and QA teammates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project is up and running. We have about 50+ people regularly using our platform. I'm glad I found Creativ Digital. They helped me complete my product and are still working on the next phase.

The project management team is brilliant, especially John (Project Manager).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They enjoy what they do like they have a love for technology in their blood.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything right now. Everything from their end is going smoothly.

I am the founder of an online marketplace that connects users with finance professionals to provide professional services and expertise.

We lacked the technical expertise in-house to bring our vision to life. We engaged Creativ Digital to build our web platform from scratch and guide us through every stage of the development process.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted the marketplace built in a reliable and scalable platform such as WordPress. It needed to follow our specifications outlined in our project brief and stay within our budget and timeframe.

How did you select this vendor?

We developed detailed project documentation in advance. We then created a shortlist of agencies that specialized in WordPress development and marketplace platforms. After inviting pitches from each developer, Creativ Digital stood out from their competition; their quote fit our budget, their team was nearby, and they had space in their project lineup.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

The developer and I first met in person to go through the project specs in detail. We provided a non-working demo of our site as well as wireframes of major pages and functionalities. The developer then asked us to fill out questionnaires to better specify our concept and vision. Having collected these prep materials, Creativ Digital developed the platform. They provided weekly progress updates, from designs of the major pages to progressive updates of functionalities.

What was the team composition?

Scott (Managing Director, Creativ Digital) was our project manager and main point of contact; he led a larger team of developers behind the scenes.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Creativ Digital built a high-quality marketplace platform from scratch within our timeline and budget; we wouldn’t have been able to launch our business without their work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Scott provided weekly updates and documented revisions and feedback items via Google Sheets. The process worked well from beginning to end.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They kept in constant contact with us and incorporated frequent revisions and feedback throughout the project.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

On occasion, some items needed more rigorous quality control before we received them. However, Creativ Digital, in general, delivered high-quality products that met project specifications.
