The five developers have great technical knowledge and do quality work every day. In addition, we very much appreciate the input we get from Bartek (Fullstack Developer, CreateIT) and Aleksander (Co-Founder, CreateIT) about improving our development and deployment processes. They are very open-minded, and we value the partnership.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Onboarding new developers worked like a charm. CreateIT sent the developers to Hamburg for a week so we could get them onto the right track. We also visited them in Warsaw. We see these developers as extensions to our Hamburg-based teams, and they participate virtually in our meetings.
We communicate a lot with each other, which is very important. Most of the people at CreateIT speak and write excellent English. Our collaboration is based on ActiveCollab, Skype, and email.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
It's a very open-minded and valuable partnership. They have outstanding skills, and they’re a dedicated team. We are looking forward to expanding our partnership even more in the future.
