• Development of a Custom Web Application that is a location-based blood test booking system

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First, I have an appealing Web Presence with an eCommerce System that helps me bring prospects.

Another is, that I have a fully customized booking system built that helps my customers book blood and other medical tests.

They are dedicated for continuos improvement & maintenance of my platforms and also developing a mobile application for my business.

They use a Project Management Tool internally where they track the progress of projects at every step and it helps in managing bills a lot as it shows the exact time designers & developers invested in tasks.

Periodic milestone deliveries and demos happen that help me stay engaged and aware of my project's progress.
