Crafton designed a student portal and mobile app for a post-secondary education institution. The team created the UI/UX design of the portal and the iOS and Android apps.
Crafton successfully launched the app, which has been downloaded over 10,000 times on Google Play. The team conducted workshops and spoke with students to inform the design. Crafton understood the client's needs and delivered a solution that met their expectations.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Head of Digital of TEB Edukacja sp. z o.o
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
TEB Edukacja runs post-secondary schools, secondary schools and vocational courses across Poland, and more than 200,000 graduates have studied with us.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Crafton to accomplish?
Move everyday student matters, such as checking the timetable, asking the school office a question or requesting an invoice, into one product that students can use on their own.
Design a student portal and the Mój TEB mobile app for students of TEB Edukacja's post-secondary schools, informed by workshops with the TEB team and conversations with students.
Keep improving the product after launch, including further UX research.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Crafton was responsible for the product design of the student portal and the Mój TEB app, which share one student zone. The design was informed by workshops with the TEB team and conversations with students.
Key deliverables: - the structure of the student zone, with shortcuts to payments, attendance and help - the class calendar, with a monthly view and an agenda for the coming days, showing the room and whether a class is on-site or online the inbox for messages with the school - office, and online requests, for example for an invoice payment reminders and an FAQ-first help section, with a direct message to the office when the FAQ doesn't answer the question - the UI of the mobile app, which is available on iOS and Android The work didn't end at launch.
Crafton ran a new round of UX research with us, and they continue to work on the portal and the app. Our wider collaboration with Crafton covers more than three UX/UI projects and over 2,000 hours of work in total.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Google Play shows Mój TEB at 10,000+ downloads, and that's Android only.
Students now check their timetable, write to the office, send requests and see payment reminders in one place. Requests reach the office already assigned to the right course, so the staff don't have to ask follow-up questions.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Crafton involved our team through workshops and spoke with students to inform the design.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They designed around how our students actually study. Many students take more than one course, so a new request starts by asking which course it concerns, and it reaches the office already assigned. Students enrolled at more than one TEB school have one profile, with all their timetables in the same calendar. It's a detail, but it shows the team understood who our students are.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
For the next stage I'd like us to agree with Crafton on a small set of product metrics, for example how many requests go through the app instead of the office. That way each round of changes can be compared against the same baseline.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am an Implementation Project Coordinatorhe at Szybka Kolej Miejska Sp. z o.o.
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
Szybka Kolej Miejska (SKM Warszawa) is the only municipal rail operator in Poland. We run passenger rail services across Warsaw and the Mazovia region as part of Warsaw Public Transport, alongside the metro, trams and buses, and passengers travel with us on Warsaw public transport tickets.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Crafton to accomplish?
Rebuild the SKM website so that passengers can find what they need before they travel: timetables, route maps, service changes and the passenger zone, on a phone as easily as on a desktop.
Meet our obligations as a public body under the Polish Digital Accessibility Act, with accessibility designed into the site rather than added afterwards.
Have one partner take the project from the first workshops through design and implementation, and then stay responsible for hosting and the infrastructure once the site was live.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Crafton delivered the project end to end. It started with workshops that established what passengers actually look for on our site and how that information should be organised. The UX and UI design followed from those findings rather than the other way round.
Crafton then built and deployed the responsive website covering timetables, route maps, service changes and the passenger zone. Digital accessibility was handled as part of the build throughout, given our obligations as a public body.
Since launch Crafton has been responsible for hosting, the infrastructure behind the site and ongoing support. Key deliverables: discovery workshops, UX and UI design, a responsive website with the passenger information sections, accessibility built into the implementation, and ongoing hosting, infrastructure and support.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The site meets the accessibility requirements that apply to us as a public body. For a public operator that is a legal obligation, not an improvement we could postpone.
The cooperation did not end at launch. Crafton runs the hosting and the infrastructure, so responsibility for the site staying available sits with the team that built it.
Passengers now reach timetables, route maps and service changes from one place, which is what the workshops at the start were meant to establish and what the site was rebuilt to do.
The site meets the accessibility requirements that apply to us. For a public operator that is a legal obligation rather than an improvement we could postpone, so treating it as part of the build was the right call.
The cooperation also did not end at launch. Crafton runs the hosting and the infrastructure, which means responsibility for the site staying available sits with the same team that designed and built it.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project ran in clear stages: workshops, design, implementation, launch, and then maintenance. Each stage closed before the next one started, so at every point we knew what had been settled and what was still open. Communication went directly between our team and theirs.
What was your primary form of communication with Crafton?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Two things. The project did not start with visuals. It started with workshops about what passengers need from the site, and the design followed from that, which is not how most website projects are run.
The second is accessibility. For a public body it is a legal requirement, and vendors often treat it as a checklist at the end of the project. Here it was part of how the site was built. That is a different way of working and it shows in the result.
Worth adding that the same team is still responsible for the site. Hosting and infrastructure were not handed over to somebody else after launch.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
A rebuild of this kind touches a lot of people on our side, and the number of internal consultations was something we underestimated at the start rather than something Crafton got wrong. If we were doing it again we would map out earlier who needs to see what and when.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the Digital Marketing Specialist of Browar Fortuna
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
We brew and sell beer under two brands - Browar Fortuna and Browar Grodzisk - and manage their online presence, product distribution and events across Poland.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Crafton to accomplish?
Our old website was outdated and didn't look like our brand anymore. We also had a growing portfolio of beers that the site couldn't really present. We were looking for a UX/UI and web design agency that could build a custom website from scratch, not another template.
We chose Crafton, a UX/UI and web design agency from Poznań, Poland, and they later built a second website for our Browar Grodzisk brand.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Crafton covered the full process for two brewery websites: discovery workshops, UX research, UX/UI design, front-end development and WordPress development, plus content migration and deployment to our production server. Key deliverables for the Browar Fortuna website: - A filterable beer catalogue with individual product pages - An interactive "where to buy" map integrated with Google Maps, split into shops and bars - An events module with a homepage slider - An awards section and a "how we brew" page - An Instagram feed and contact forms They then reused the same foundation to design and build the Browar Grodzisk website as a second project. Since launch, Crafton provides ongoing website support and maintenance for both sites, including WordPress and PHP updates, bug fixes, responsive design improvements and new features on request. The collaboration has been running since October 2018.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Both websites are live and our marketing team manages them on our own; products, news and events, without calling a developer every time. The beer catalogue and the "where to buy" map are the most visited parts of the site.
The other thing we'd point to is reliability: we report something and Crafton usually looks at it the same day, and bigger features get estimated and delivered without us chasing anyone. For a brewery that runs two brands online, that kind of ongoing web support matters as much as the design itself.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Communication is simple and direct. We report an issue or request a feature and usually get a reaction the same day. Bigger items get estimated first, then delivered as agreed - no surprises on scope or timeline. After several years of working together, Crafton knew our brands well enough that we rarely needed to explain context. We manage both websites on our own - products, news, events - and when something needs their involvement, the handoff is quick. For ongoing website support and maintenance across two brands, that kind of reliability matters more than any single delivery.
What was your primary form of communication with Crafton?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
That the partnership still works the same way years after launch. Many agencies deliver a website and move on - Crafton has been maintaining and developing both of our sites since 2018, and the response times haven't changed. When we needed a second website for Browar Grodzisk, they reused the same design foundation instead of starting from scratch, which saved us time and kept both brands visually consistent.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
no

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Crafton was responsible for the end-to-end design and development of our new corporate website. The project started with a discovery phase where they analyzed our target audiences across six markets and mapped out the information architecture.
Key deliverables included:
A fully responsive multilingual website in 6 language versions (PL/EN/DE/FR/ES/ZH) with market-specific content
A multi-step online briefing form with intelligent branching logic and a built-in exhibition stand configurator - this lets clients specify dimensions, style, and features, generating a structured brief for our team
Over 30 dedicated landing pages targeting specific European exhibition venues and trade show locations
An interactive portfolio section with filtering by project category, exhibition type, and location
A comprehensive content architecture covering our full service offer, team profiles, and production facilities
The technology stack included modern frontend development with a focus on performance and SEO across all language versions.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The website launched on schedule with all six language versions. The online briefing configurator replaced our old email-based process - we now receive structured, detailed project briefs directly through the site. Usability testing scored the new website 4.76 out of 5. The dedicated landing pages for European exhibition venues have been driving targeted traffic from the markets we operate in.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Crafton had a clear process from day one. We had a dedicated project manager and regular status calls, so we always knew where things stood. They structured the work in phases - wireframes first, then visual design, then development - which meant no surprises at the end. When we needed to adjust scope mid-project, they handled it without drama or delays. For a project with six language versions and a lot of moving parts, that level of organization made a real difference.
What was your primary form of communication with Crafton?
In-Person Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They actually took the time to understand how our industry works. Exhibition services aren't like e-commerce or SaaS - the way our clients search for a stand builder and what they need to see before reaching out is very specific. Crafton picked up on that quickly and built the whole UX around it. The other thing is that they handled a genuinely complex project - six languages, a custom configurator, 30+ landing pages - without it ever feeling chaotic. That's rare.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
Nothing major, honestly. If I had to pick something - with six language versions, the final content review and QA phase was quite demanding on our side. A more structured process for multilingual content validation could have made that smoother. But it's a small thing considering the overall result.

We hired Crafton to design and develop our B2B tree-planting platform from scratch. They handled the entire process, from initial wireframes to the final coding and launch.
Key deliverables included:
UX/UI Design: Complete visual and functional design of the platform.
Web Development: Custom frontend and backend implementation.

They flagged improvements to the B2B user flow on their own and followed through on the more demanding features like the dynamic widgets and automated PDF certificates.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Although the platform is not yet live, the intermediate results are highly promising. The high-fidelity UX prototypes were approved by our Board, successfully simplifying the navigation for our 66,000+ product catalog. The creation of a unified Design System has already aligned our internal IT and marketing teams, resolving previous inconsistencies in our digital strategy.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project is managed using the Agile methodology with twoweek sprints. We use Jira for task tracking and hold regular status meetings to monitor progress. Despite the high complexity of the project and the need to coordinate with our internal IT department, Crafton has consistently met all key milestones. They are highly responsive and proactive, not just executing tasks, but actively consulting on solutions to ensure technical feasibility.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What sets them apart is their deep understanding of complex B2B business logic. Unlike many agencies that focus solely on visuals, Crafton quickly grasped the intricacies of our hybrid sales model (B2B/B2C) and logistics, translating massive technical constraints into a seamless, modern design system.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
To be honest, the only minor issue was the initial ramp-up time. Given the complexity of our legacy systems and the specific B2B logic we operate on, the onboarding phase took slightly longer than expected. However, once the team absorbed the necessary domain knowledge, the workflow became very efficient.
