Crafton is developing a flight schedule database for an aviation company. Their goal is to create two platforms for flights, hotels, and rent-a-car bookings for the client and their affiliates.
Crafton has launched a fully functional platform that the client describes as beautiful. They have been professional, timely, and concrete with their milestones and development. Most of all, the client appreciates the good working relationship they have developed since the beginning of the project.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
Poznań Airport built in 1913, is one of the oldest airports in Poland. It is located 5km west of Poznań - one of the biggest cities in Poland. Yearly we help around 2,5 million people to travel comfortably and quickly. That number is steadily growing as well. In 2019 alone we recorded more than 30000 different air operations.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Crafton, and what were your goals?
We hired Crafton to create an updating in real time flight schedule connected with our own internal databases and an affiliate platform for flights, hotel and rent’a‘car bookings that makes it easier for our passengers to plan their travels. The goal was to create a real time flight schedule that would be as fast and responsive as possible while being easy to use by an average passenger.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Their services they provided were complex, from UX analysis and design to programming. The back and forth on the design on the platform went smoothly and we agreed to a project we are content with. Great care was put into a well designed User Experience.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
For the duration of the development we had one dedicated Project Manager. The team consisted of 2 designers and a developer. Later the size of the team was expanded to include one more developer. In the later stages of the project we also worked closely with a person responsible for maintenance and support of the platforms.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Main contact - project manager, WebDesigner, UX designer and developer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The work with Crafton resulted in creation of a beautiful and functional platform that millions of our passengers use.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
It's been a professional journey - as effective as it can get. We always received the feedback on time making it easy to reach the set milestones for the project easily.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What we found impressive was the great working relationship we were able to establish very soon after starting the project. The flow of information has been smooth and we've always known we could trust them with the project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can see no areas for improvement.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Crafton was responsible for the end-to-end design and development of our new corporate website. The project started with a discovery phase where they analyzed our target audiences across six markets and mapped out the information architecture.
Key deliverables included:
A fully responsive multilingual website in 6 language versions (PL/EN/DE/FR/ES/ZH) with market-specific content
A multi-step online briefing form with intelligent branching logic and a built-in exhibition stand configurator - this lets clients specify dimensions, style, and features, generating a structured brief for our team
Over 30 dedicated landing pages targeting specific European exhibition venues and trade show locations
An interactive portfolio section with filtering by project category, exhibition type, and location
A comprehensive content architecture covering our full service offer, team profiles, and production facilities
The technology stack included modern frontend development with a focus on performance and SEO across all language versions.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The website launched on schedule with all six language versions. The online briefing configurator replaced our old email-based process - we now receive structured, detailed project briefs directly through the site. Usability testing scored the new website 4.76 out of 5. The dedicated landing pages for European exhibition venues have been driving targeted traffic from the markets we operate in.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Crafton had a clear process from day one. We had a dedicated project manager and regular status calls, so we always knew where things stood. They structured the work in phases - wireframes first, then visual design, then development - which meant no surprises at the end. When we needed to adjust scope mid-project, they handled it without drama or delays. For a project with six language versions and a lot of moving parts, that level of organization made a real difference.
What was your primary form of communication with Crafton?
In-Person Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They actually took the time to understand how our industry works. Exhibition services aren't like e-commerce or SaaS - the way our clients search for a stand builder and what they need to see before reaching out is very specific. Crafton picked up on that quickly and built the whole UX around it. The other thing is that they handled a genuinely complex project - six languages, a custom configurator, 30+ landing pages - without it ever feeling chaotic. That's rare.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
Nothing major, honestly. If I had to pick something - with six language versions, the final content review and QA phase was quite demanding on our side. A more structured process for multilingual content validation could have made that smoother. But it's a small thing considering the overall result.

We hired Crafton to design and develop our B2B tree-planting platform from scratch. They handled the entire process, from initial wireframes to the final coding and launch.
Key deliverables included:
UX/UI Design: Complete visual and functional design of the platform.
Web Development: Custom frontend and backend implementation.
B2B Client Panel: A secure dashboard where companies can track their planted trees.
Custom Features: An automated PDF certificate generator and a dynamic, embeddable tree-counter widget.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The platform launched without a hitch, and we were able to start onboarding our first B2B clients right away. The features Crafton built, including the automated PDF certificate generator and the live tree-counter widgets, work perfectly. The automation has essentially cut out all the manual admin work on our end, and our corporate partners can now handle everything themselves.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project was run efficiently and without unnecessary overhead. Crafton hit every deadline and kept us in the loop with regular updates. When we had to rework the backend logic for the automated PDF certificates mid-project, they adapted quickly and without friction. Communication stayed clear and straightforward from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stood out most was how well they handled both sides of the work. The UX/UI design was strong, but they also delivered on the technical side with complex custom backend development. They weren't just executing a brief either. They flagged improvements to the B2B user flow on their own and followed through on the more demanding features like the dynamic widgets and automated PDF certificates.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
Building a complex platform from scratch, there were a few minor bugs with the PDF generator early on. Crafton's team dealt with them quickly. No major issues, and we're happy with how the partnership has gone.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
We had some minor delays in the content population phase, largely due to the sheer volume of technical specifications we had to approve internally. Perhaps Crafton could have pushed us harder to deliver materials earlier, but overall, the collaboration was very smooth.

Key deliverables include a scalable Design System, high-fidelity prototypes for complex B2B/B2C purchasing paths, and the ongoing frontend implementation integrated with our ERP and logistics systems.

The creation of a unified Design System has already aligned our internal IT and marketing teams, resolving previous inconsistencies in our digital strategy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Crafton could have done differently?
To be honest, the only minor issue was the initial ramp-up time. Given the complexity of our legacy systems and the specific B2B logic we operate on, the onboarding phase took slightly longer than expected. However, once the team absorbed the necessary domain knowledge, the workflow became very efficient.

Their team guided us through the entire process, starting with a discovery phase and a thorough analysis of our needs. Based on that, they prepared a full UX project, including wireframes and user flow mockups.
After we approved the UX structure, they proceeded to create the complete graphic design (UI) that aligned with our international brand identity. The final stage was the full development of the site. Crafton handled all the front-end and back-end coding to bring the designs to life.
The key deliverables included the complete UX/UI designs, all graphic assets, and the final, fully functional and responsive website.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project has been a definitive success in achieving our primary goals. The most significant outcome is the delivery of a modern, professional web service that perfectly aligns with our international brand identity.
We've received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our internal stakeholders and leadership on the site's portrayal of the Zarys brand. Furthermore, initial comments from our partners and users have been excellent, with many highlighting the site's new intuitive navigation and overall user-friendly experience. The platform now provides a strong foundation for our future digital marketing activities.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Crafton’s project management was flawless. We communicated primarily through email and scheduled Google Meet calls, which was a very effective workflow.

We also highly valued the proactive guidance from their specialists. They didn't just execute tasks; they offered expert advice.
Finally, their deep emphasis on UX was truly impressive. Throughout the project, they demonstrated a genuine, user-oriented approach , skillfully balancing the needs of our end-users with our company's core business goals.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the board member of a Video Production company, that handles artists, organizes film production, film sets, and manages locations.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Crafton, and what were your goals?
We needed a web-based Internal IT system to manage our projects, services and teams.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have worked with Crafton on multiple projects for our artists and did not hesitate to reach out to them for a project of this scale.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We needed something that would help us with efficiency, scalability and most notably with the integration of all the services and tools that we use. We kicked off our project with a workshop, where they analyzed our situation and what areas of our operations could be integrated and improved through a one window solution.
After that, they defined the scope and allocated their resources to kick-start the project. They worked together with our graphic designers to develop the designs and later started with the coding and implementation. After this, testing was done and our system was deployed. Throughout the project, their communication was amazing, they made sure all our views and requirements were heard. They were very attentive to our needs.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The efforts were co-led by a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Both were extremely competent people. We had one person on the design side and three developers.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Crafton succeeded in developing exactly what we wanted. This project has enabled us to scale our operations and allowed us to effectively manage and take in more work. My team's productivity has increased, and I am able to keep an overview of all the tasks more effectively.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Crafton’s communication was on point. Throughout the phases of development, they included us in meetings when needed and always met up with us when asked. The team assigned was very cautious with the timeline and everything was done with great attention to detail.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Crafton is not a service partner. They are your partner, and this surprised us initially because it was impressive how quickly and swiftly. They understood our needs and goals, along with what approach would bring the best results for our company.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Every company has areas to improve, but at this moment I can’t really put my finger on anything. They did an excellent job!

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the head of tech at a leading manufacturing agency supplying gas cylinders across various parts of the globe.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Crafton, and what were your goals?
The existing system of our website was not stable and as a company we were not able to retain our customers. In order to increase the traffic and generate revenue we wanted to hire a web development agency who could guide us into the latest trends of websites. We wanted to glorify the user-experience of the website and create a credible image of the company.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We began looking for web development agencies through various sources. A few recommendations and google search gave us a few company names. We went ahead and spoke to Crafton because of their resemblance with our business needs. After understanding their expertise we decided to work with Crafton for their rich resources.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The project work began by scrapping all the unnecessary elements of the website. The test engineers verified the functioning to detect bugs and errors. After fixing the issues, the design team sat with our company and came up with a new theme for the website. The build up included a payment gateway that was faster and a contact us page that was quick. The entire content on the website was proofread and edited to align with the quality of the theme. A testing team was handling the process of analysing the website performance. Overall, the work was carried out in a scheduled manner.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were always addressed by the project manager for meetings and follow-ups. A team of web development experts, head of designing and test engineers executed the revamp of our website.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
