RarestFood is a brand that ensures the quality of its products. The Rarestfood company is made up of two teams: one based in France and the other in Turkey.

The team in Turkey ensures the quality of the manufacture of our products in good conditions at our carefully selected farmers in Turkey; it is notably composed of an analyst and an agricultural engineer. And the other team, based in France, is responsible for serving you and preparing your orders with care, in direct contact with the team in Turkey. And to provide excellent customer service.

Cosmivm is an Alsatian company based in Strasbourg, France, which focuses on website creation, development, design and 3D modeling. They are a subscription based agency offering a wide range of services, mainly the creation of websites, development, design, product design, 3D modeling, animation and industrial design.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed a website to be able to sell our products, but no only that, we also needed the whole branding done such as logos, packaging, commercial videos, marketing and so on. We are very happy with the outcome, they are very fast, and modifying everything to meet our needs to the smallest detail.

The subscription based offering is actually a very good point, it is so much better than having to worry about the time it takes or the quantity of request, it is all unlimited, and again, delivered very very fast.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The deliverable were made in 24 to 48 hours maximum, revisions were done as long as we were not pleased with the results. They responded to our need very well, and would definitely recommend them and would work again with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part is the speed, the quality, and the unlimited subscription based model which is very very comfortable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cosmivm could have done differently?

Honestly no, the communication is very good, every request is made through Trello, but they did not hesitate to communicate via Whatsapp, or mail they are very flexible as long as everything is in the Trello board. They really are going overboard, and we are very pleased with their services.
