App development wasn't lingering. We provided a team with clear specifications and sketches that allowed the tech guys to kick off without any time delays. They worked in a team of three: a Back-end developer, a Mobile one, and a Quality Assurance Engineer with management on our side. 

The workflow was always clear and fast. The Guys adhered to their own estimation and delivered the first phase on time and within a budget. I hope the app will gain tremendous popularity and we will move forward with releasing our new ideas.

After reaching out to Cortance, we had a kick-off meeting to discuss the main requirements and objectives of the request. Besides the requirements of positions, they requested all the needed information about the project and the current team to understand the whole squad composition and their mindset. After a few days, they successfully covered our first employment request. The team's composition has constantly been increasing according to changes in the project, and we proceeded with the previous flow, which allowed us to quickly and effectively respond to business needs and effectively develop the project. Finally, we hired seven engineers from Cortance for this project and established a beneficial collaboration.
