What challenge were you trying to address with Corporate Streams?

We hired Corporate Streams to produce a hybrid event.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Corporate Streams provided live and streaming event production and management. We provided them with documentation about the event, including the number of presenters, the type of audio and lighting equipment we wanted, the type of video equipment we were interested in, the types of codecs needed to be streamed in, the design we wanted for the stage, and the location of the people and equipment. They also handled the editing of the recordings after the event.

We worked with three teammates from Corporate Streams during the planning stages. On the day of the event, around six teammates were involved.

They were already engaged with my company when I joined it.

We spent between $50,000–$100,000.

The engagement lasted from January 2023–January 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We measured the success of the project by the quality of the stream, the delivery time of the edited recordings, and the smooth running of the event. Corporate Streams met our expectations in all of these areas.

How did Corporate Streams perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within budget. We used Zoom and email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offered a variety of production options, ranging from cinematic to streamlined, out-of-the-box production styles. They also utilized a wide range of technological equipment, including cameras and microphones. They allowed for a wide range of capabilities when it came to bringing in remote guests and those extra technical aspects of virtual live events.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. Their communication and equipment were great, and they handled preproduction, which made us feel comfortable about what would happen on the day of the event.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Understand their product offerings and what’s included in each package. The offerings can be malleable, so if you see something that’s included in another package and there are things included in the one you purchased that you don’t want, bring that up for discussion. I also recommend having someone dedicated to your project so you can schedule a time to meet with them if you have questions or want to review anything.

Audience Retention at Key Segments: measures viewer percentages at critical moments like the CEO interview. High retention here proves we delivered valuable substance beyond just an exciting title, fulfilling our "Answer, Then Dazzle" principle by holding audience attention with key information.

Qualitative Comment Analysis: We analyze the substance and sentiment of comments, not just the count. Intelligent questions and positive discussions show we've created a meaningful connection, successfully positioning the client as a thought leader and building an engaged community.

Earned Media & Backlinks This KPI tracks the video's real-world impact by counting how many external news articles, blogs, and high-profile sites link to it. Quality backlinks are a powerful sign that the video is seen as an authoritative source, directly measuring its industry influence and reach.

Their project management was outstanding—everything was delivered on time, often ahead of schedule, and with impressive attention to detail.

I felt very comfortable and reassured both before and during the event as they were incredibly responsive, proactive in communication, and consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs throughout the entire process.

I was 100% satisfied with the project deliverables. I'm a fervent fan and highly recommend Noah and the team to all my other colleagues. I can't think of anything that could have been improved as we communicated so well prior as to expectations.

Noah was able to provide a professional and unobstrusive role in documenting a site visit and ceo interview providing professional quality equipment, for lighting, sound and multiple shots. Also provided stable b-roll of a walk through the facility. The client was very comfortable that we chose Noah because he kept a low-profile and respected confidentiality. Noah is used to these types of corporate interactions and proper etiquette, especially when sensitive IP could be exposed.

We will only use Noah for future videography work.

What challenge were you trying to address with Corporate Streams?

We did multiple jobs, the biggest of which was doing a live production on a short timeline for a Tesla investor event.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Corporate Streams managed the entire process of a multi-cam, multi-guest, multi-IC livestream of an investor event at a bar in Austin. The event lasted multiple hours and hosted many guests over that time for hundreds of people on-site and hundreds of thousands of people online.

We worked with at least six teammates from Corporate Streams.

I was part of the YouTube community and was generally aware of Corporate Streams' owner. He was super smart and knowledgeable. I chose Corporate Streams because I knew the owner and trusted him.

The project was in March 2023.

The particular project referenced here required production of a video for the annual Art Ball for the Dallas Museum of Art. DFW's version of the Met Gala, it is one of the biggest fundraisers in the city annually. Not only did the video serve as a source of entertainment for the elegant evening, it also informed attendees of the museum's new policy of free admission to the public and subliminally offered thanks to those who had generously underwritten the event. The projcet involved a spoof of the wildly popular Downton Abbey series and starred some of the most prominent names in Dallas, ranging from the community's biggest philanthopist, Mrs. Eugene McDermott of the McDermott Foundation to the mayor of Dallas, Mike Rawlins. Response to the video was hugely positive, and even eventually got the attention of the BBC, who put the video on their website!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Audience Engagement: The “Artball Funk” video achieved significant viewership, contributing to the DMA’s Art Ball fundraiser buzz, with social media shares and local media coverage amplifying its reach (e.g., mentions in Dallas Observer and Glasstire).

Fundraising Support: The video helped promote the Art Ball, a high-ticket fundraiser ($2,500 per attendee), which supported the DMA’s free admission policy and collection preservation, with over 44 sponsors acknowledged in the video.

Production Quality Feedback: Positive client feedback on the video’s broadcast-quality execution, including clear audio, cinematic visuals, and seamless integration of sponsor placements, aligning with Corporate Streams’ meticulous craftsmanship.

I found Corporate Streams, at all times, to be efficient, creative, intuitive, collaborative, reliable, and punctual. In many cases, prospective needs were anticipated before they had even occurred to me! At no point in this process did we get off schedule or fall short of excellence in what was delivered.

The amount of thought, research, and preparation that was brought to the table exceeded expectations. As a result of this, we were able to deliver to the client (Dallas Museum of Art) a product which hugely exceeded THEIR expectations!

I can honestly say there is nothing about this project that could have gone better. The client extended bonuses to both me and Corporate Streams for going above and beyone their expectations. Their attendees gave the video an enthusiastic standing ovation.

Everything from the cameras, team and equipment, all the way to hiring and managing security, ripping apart a bar, putting it all back together again, putting a tent over the whole thing and livestreaming it simutaneuously to multiple large Youtube channels while also balancing the egos of said youtubers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Audience Retention: This KPI tracks viewer drop-off during pivotal parts of the event, such as the first Cybertruck drives or guest interviews. High retention proves we successfully captured the most important moments and held audience attention, delivering a compelling "you are there" experience.

And from my perspective, getting the lead designer from Tesla to show up to the event in a Cybertruck, right after it's official reveal. The fact that EVERYTHING was working (and it was all Noah, let me tell you) led Franz Von Holtzhausen to actually feel comfortable bringing the HOTTEST vehicle on the planet to our event that night. That was absolutley priceless.

Live Chat Engagement Rate This measures the number of live chat messages per viewer. A high rate indicates strong community interaction and proves the stream was a successful platform for real-time discussion and Q&A, a primary goal for this community-focused event.

Mobile Stream Stability This technical KPI measures dropped frames and audio/video sync issues. A near-zero rate of error over the multi-hour mobile broadcast is a direct reflection of our ability to handle complex, unpredictable environments and deliver a flawless technical result.

Noah took care of basically everything, and really listened to our concerns. Everything from crowd barriers, porta-potties and a security detail, it magically materialized. All of those things were problems that we identified with his help and he took care of all of it. We put a LOT on his plate and he delivered absolutely everything and on budget. There was ZERO room for error in terms of getting online and covering essentially two live events simutaneously. One that was in the Tesla Gigafactory with absolutely no service, the other was a bar that Noah transformed into a YouTuber's wet dream of a livestreaming stage. He led the team to roll with the punches, we kept a livestream going for hours with very little info coming out of the event, his team combed through social media to bring us things to talk about on the fly, keeping the livestream alive throughout the whole event.
He also managed to personally bring me a slice of pizza which kept me from passing out during our multi hour long livestream. Legend.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The sheer number of moving pieces that Noah kept on track of. The stage, the lighting, tent, security detail, multiple cameras, the special drink menu. He kept the bar owner happy despite literally ripping his bar apart, removing a fence for our purpouses, and having a new one re-installed the next day.

Noah made a special camera monopod with it's own LTE hotspot to livestream from outside the Gigafactory. He custom built it to capture and combine multiple phone company services, so we had more bandwith than anyone there and could actually get some footage out of that event. Also, we had A month for him to plan all this out. And there were LOTS of challenges, he was running around solving problems and putting out fires the whole night. Because I'm the youtuber, people give me credit for basically talking and keeping the livestream entertaining the whole night, and I was exhausted. But I always feel guilty for taking any credit, because Noah was up at the crack of dawn getting everything ready and worked well into the next morning with this event. I'm honestly so impressed that he kept a smile on his face the whole time. Some of the people we had to deal with that night... I would have lost it.

Noah is staggeringly competent. He cares. He made sure he had the same vision as I did, and executed like CRAZY. That event could have been a Fyre festival level disaster if it weren't for him.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Corporate Streams could have done differently?

Noah could have taken the easy route. This gig could have been layup in terms of being an easy paycheck. He could have brought a switcher, couple cameras, couple microphones, and he would have gotten paid. When we said we wanted bathrooms, food trucks, barriers, a tent, and a security detail; Noah could have said, that's not my department, find somebody else to do this and we probably would have paid him the same. Noah really shot above and beyond. He used every dollar we gave him to try to make it the best possible event. Not everything worked out, he wanted this sexy rotating shot of the Cybertruck (again the most important car at the time) so he built this giant rig, so we could drive the Cybertruck under it and get some amazing shots of it. Sadly, when the trucks showed up, none of them parked correctly under the camera, so we didn't get the shots Noah had envisioned. However, if we had, we could have licenced that footage to the news.
