Our collaboration with CoreScripts involved development of a specialised application for monitoring developer productivity and project outcomes. Here's a breakdown of the project: First they conducted extensive requirements gathering sessions to understand our needs. They then translated these requirements into wireframes and prototypes, providing a tangible visualisation of the app's layout and functionality. 
For the development phase, they used modern frameworks like React Native to ensure the application's compatibility across multiple platforms, also integrated cloud-based solutions AWS, to handle data storage and management efficiently. Throughout the development lifecycle, their team has rigorous testing protocols to identify and rectify any bugs or glitches. 
This included functional testing, usability testing, and performance testing. Post-development, they facilitated the deployment of the application to production environments and provided ongoing support and maintenance services. Overall, the collaboration with CoreScripts resulted in the delivery of a robust application that effectively fulfils our requirements for tracking developer efficiency and project outcomes.

This project with CoreScripts brought about some clear improvements:

CoreScripts's project management was generally effective, with deliveries being around 85% to 90% on time, which we found satisfactory. They maintained good communication throughout the project, promptly addressing any concerns or queries we had. 
Whenever we needed adjustments or additional features, they were responsive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met to the best of their ability within the project's scope. Overall, while there were occasional minor delays, their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs contributed to a positive project experience.

We like to develop solution in JS and using Oracle JET. We try to get company who is ready to work in our Pune office. We got 5 companies with their interest and rates. CoreScript found very competitive in cost.

We were also impress with their owner's involvement to get this project and support they provided during technology and hardware selection.

Corescript team didn't shows just interest but feel like they did own this process to understand requirement in details and provided some greate input to make this project successful.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It's been 3 month since we go-live. We have implemented system at 20% of locations for now. We are now 100% digitalized to those 20% locations which is as expected results.

Initially we have multiple discussion with their team. Project was managed well with all fact of challenges. It was greate communication from CoreScript, we never had any gaps due to communications. We were managing all task in JIRA.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We never worked on Oracle JET and Springboot or writing APIs. CoreScript had done exceptional job setting up coding standard and making training material for our technical team.

They utilize our software developer who learn JET first time in their life. Our team was able to develop few objects in JET during projects.

Schedule: we were behind the schedule due to COVID-19 but CoreScript didn't charged us for extra efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think CoreScript owners are greate to work with. One suggestion we had during project to hire more technical team for future support and they fixed it before project ends. They created separate support team for us as we need 24/7 support.

I would see them larger and larger in future.

They were able to deliver most of the deliverables on time. They keep Updating the progress. We did manage the project from our end and their team were extremely reliable. We always had positive outcome.

They were professional, reliable, dedicated.

The quality of the work is good. But they might need some improvements on documentation. Overall they are an extremely good team

They designed a new backbone for our Application, including Maintaining and enhancing the database for the web application and made an MVP. They made sprints on every single deliverable and maintained appropriate delivery as per promises.

The project team had about five peoples, but certain individuals would come and go depending on the skills needed.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Project Completion was a major achievement for our Executive Leadership. Their strong efforts and smooth teamwork helped create our solution. Everything was developed & launched on time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very impressive. Their team regularly updated us on the sprints and shared the detailed activity by the Azure DevOps services.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They just simply came with a solid solution on time and budget. Also, Mr. Jatin Prajapati, founder & CTO of the company, has taken care of this project end to end and delivered with high quality. They are experts in Microsoft Stack & Mean Stack.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little they could improve, My only suggestion for improvement is to ensure Unit Testing and validate the Project requirements so that they can avoid any rework.
