Callsender was created to solve a key challenge: improving the efficiency and job satisfaction of call center representatives while enabling businesses to automate their outbound sales processes. The goal was to develop an AI-powered calling assistant that could initiate conversations with potential customers, providing a scalable and cost-effective solution for global outreach.

Our platform, Lidy.co, is an financial tool search engine for helping users find the best for themselves. We are integrated with 15 banks and also the Credit Reference Agency (KKB) of Turkey. Our major service is loan search; users can directly apply for loans through Lidy. Our search engine checks with the KKB Score instantly and suggests the best loan options for the users. Once the user selects a loan to apply, they can follow up with the process through our platform. There’s also instant rate information about other investment tools such as Gold and Foreign Currencies. Another module enables users to search for all credit cards of our partner banks. Users can filter the cards according to their yearly fees and benefits to find the best credit card. They can also search for banks to start working with. These actions are directly linked to the Bank’s site. Another module is for SMEs to search for POS products and commercial credit cards. Hence, Lidy is a financial assistant for different scales of users who are seeking to access cash in the most profitable way.

We hired Cool Digital to create this platform from scratch, including all branding and development requirements. VRM Partner App is an application developed for the members of Premium Partner Program İN Turkey as a pilot.. We wanted to showcase products based on the sales data of our partners and calculate their rebates, while training the users to use our products more efficiently.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a web and mobile platform built for partners and employees. There are over 10 modules that deliver value to the users. A “Products” module where most popular and most sold products are shown according to sales data, a “Training” module to train our partners and employees about the products and sales, together with Campaigns, Events, Rolling Forecast and Performance Tracking modules.
Other than these beneficial modules there are solutions to enable GDPR compliance and grow the database with the help of employees around the world based on the pilot results in Turkey. We were taking this project into action by considering many aspects. We considered the technical competence of all users, their data privacy and most importantly, the user experience on different devices to make the time they spend on this platform more efficient.

We can divide this project into 4 stages:

• Ideation & Planning, 
• Design & Development, 
• Compliance, 
• and Testing & Going Live. 

At the ideation stage we explained everything we had in mind at the periodical meetings we had with the business development team. They listened to all ideas and we planned the process together. We created documents and diagrams to follow during the development stage. The adept designers designed a clean and professional interface.
Then, experienced developers coded the features and took them to their highest potential. The experience of different user types is crucial to us, so we looked at each module in the shoes of these different users. 
Compliance stage is one of the hardest parts of developing such an application. As a part of the company, there are legal and technical regulations and rules we must follow. 
Finally, at the Testing & Going Live stage, we made real user tests and measuring their feedback.  Now, we are at the stage of checking the user acceptance of this project in Turkey and will decide how to proceed within this year.

When we had the first meeting, the project team was open for new ideas and was as thrilled as we were about the value we are creating. It felt like we found the long-time partner we were looking for, and it seems I was not wrong.

The project consists of a web application and its custom Content Management System (CMS). Web-app is where enterprise members can search for specific problems and see how it’s solved by other enterprises by the help of innovative startups. Also, the other way around, startups can get inspired by what’s being solved by other startups all over the world and how it’s done. We developed an AI-based engine that interprets the data and calculates matching scores of the enterprise’s query and startup’s value offering.

We are aware that users’ need for details might differ. To solve this, we are communicating the solution from different perspectives such as themes, news, evidence and solutions. These contents contain all details about the use case that the startup has created; from problem and solution to the PoC requirements and environmental impact of it. All content is prepared by the copywriters of Entrapeer and logged into the system using the custom-built CMS. Solution-seekers can schedule a call with the Entrapeer team or directly with the startup at one click. Submitted solutions and evidence must be verified by the relevant people; so it’s sent to verification and they shall be published after all sections are verified.

Another value proposition Entrapeer offers is the Cross-Pollination Reports. The Entrapeer team analyzes each evidence and defines the problems they might solve for other companies. Then they take the solution offerings to the enterprises that might benefit from it, which leads to new partnerships and great value for both sides.

Beta version of the project went live very quickly and all elements were the same as we designed. We were able to add evidence and see our plans in action at each step. Thanks to that, we had a chance to work on the flow of the application and make it better for our first users.

We had periodical meetings with the technical team and the project management team, both together and separately. With burndown charts, we logged each task and made detailed time plans. This helped us to know what’s done and what’s coming, so we were able to make future plans easier.

They arranged calls whenever we had questions and feedback, and they took every comment seriously. We created a separate channel for writing down our requirements and they were all taken to the roadmap.

2. Fans who want to reach exclusive content created by their favorite influencers and are willing to pay for it.
3. Newbies who want to become influencers of the future. The app contains live streaming and media upload options for creators. Each creator sets their own subscription price. We crated the “Room” concept to increase the interaction between creators and fans. At a creator’s room, fans can start general or content-specific threads to create deeper connections with the creator him/herself or the fan community. There’s a leaderboard where most-interacted creator takes the first place. When fans want to subscribe to a creator, they go to his/her profile and makes in-app payment to immediately see the exclusive content.

As we start talking about our idea, we also started developing it. From the first meeting until the end of the project, Cool Digital team was always supportive and enthusiastic. Together we created a smooth mobile application from scratch and seeing our idea become live is priceless. The team followed every step and were very accurate about time estimations.

We realized it’s a good and innovative use case for the automotive industry. So we gradually expanded the usage area and integrated the system into more and more dealerships. Today 11Sight is used to connect customers with brand representatives all over the country and expanding to other countries.

We became pioneer of video communication in the automotive industry. Our success story encouraged other automotive brands to start using this system. From only 1 dealership to hundreds, we showed great effort and consequent improvement together with the team.

The system is now integrated into our CRM. We are now able to get qualified leads and close sales through this channel. Our employees using 11Sight as a daily customer interaction tool has surpassed 400.

We are working with Cool Digital Solutions for the design and development of the project I was wishing to launch. They provide service in UI/UX Design & Mobile App Development. Thanks to their experience, we also exchanged good ideas in terms of business development.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to create an intelligent fitness app including various workout routines and features that will keep users motivated and on track. There are so many people who complain about their weight but they do nothing to change this.

I believe that a healthy lifestyle can be made possible by adding a fitness to your lifestyle. Working out should not be “hard”, it should be a step-by-step process. I want to communicate this in the best way to the users of the application.

We Stay Fit application is a Fitness lifestyle application. The main value proposition is tailor-made workout routines presented in 4 main focus areas. These focus areas come with different levels of intensity. You directly start with the workout. Our workouts are very simple yet effective.

You can track your workout routines, habits, get informed about a healthy lifestyle through our knowledge base. You can remind yourself to drink water, workout at a specific time, consume more protein, etc.

Keep track of your mood and sleep quality. The coming features will also include a community where you can work-out with your friends and family or ask each other questions. This app is designed to meet everyone's tastes and encouraging you to keep ongoing. It is going to be the user’s lifestyle coach in their pockets.

The team includes a Designer, one Backend Developer, three Mobile Developers and a Project Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team was experienced enough to guide me about the features to be added in the first version. By doing so, we will be able to launch the application faster and perform higher. Everything is going on track.

They always listen carefully and understand my expectations very well. We are having periodical meetings and I am informed about every action. They make revisions according to my comments and I am very pleased.
