For what projects/services did your company hire Conxept Innovations?

Our mobile app and website was very dated. We needed a team to revamp it without redoing the entire backend. The main challenge was that the site and app were live and couldn't be taken down.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We posted the job on upwork and had close to a hundred agencies/freelancers apply for it. We selected Conxept Innovations after doing a round a interviews with them and also reviewing their past projects. They seemed like a perfect fit for the project. A team that handle the complexities of our project.

We started the initial requirement gathering call and then had regular calls to review the progress. Conxept Innovations were very detailed and took our feedback and incorporated it in the design. They were creative and thought outside the box. they were very flexible and delivered on time.

We had one main point of contact. That was the our requirement as we didnt want to deal with multiple resources. However, they had about 4-5 resources assigned to the project and in some calls, all resources we present.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their designs followed industry best practices and were simple enough for our developers to implement. Overall, working with them made this project a huge success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their project lead was on top of everything and kept our team in the loop. He was very responsive and took care of issues/concerns/feedback right away.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their skills are off the charts. In addition to that, working with them was very pleasant. They have a positive can-do attitude.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. We are working with them on other projects now as we had a great working experience and feel like they have the skills and bandwidth to handle our next projects.

We hired them to develop custom Shopify themes. We wanted to use creative designs for our clients instead of sticking with what was available in the theme store. Performance was crucial.

I have worked with the team on design projects and we slowly progressed into working together on development projects.

After launching the custom Shopify store, conversions doubled.

The webpage is for a customer which likes perfect designs and solutions, as we are no webdesigners, we needed external help to solve all the issues.

We looked for Webdesigners within upwork and found them as one of the fitting companies to our needs.

We spoke about the whole project and decided to give them the idea of our sight of the customer journey and what the content should be. It was a shop to bring goods to private people from farmers. They started with the design to show us their ideas and then fullfilled the whole Project views with the css outputs.

We worked with 2 people and we were able to see their results very soon!

The graphics part was very smooth and they did an excelent job with the figma designx.
