We were looking for a wall system, to perform several functions. Flexibility and sound absorption were key features. Target markets were video conferencing, home theatres and home recording studios.

Adam and his team set targets based on deliverables which were agreed. Despite the increased scope of work, Convert Studios was able to meet the original time frames. I was aware that he had a number of concurrent projects and was prepared for extensions. I guess he can resource well. Communication is key to projects and he would pick up calls at odd times because I travel loads. Excellent service.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Convert are excellent designers, and they do more than product design, which was my involvement. There's packaging design, marketing, graphic and logos . Without a product, though, there is nothing to package.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Convert Studios could have done differently?

I had strong opinions about certain product features. In retrospect Convert did challenge me on some minor selections and I should have listened. This is not extraordinary but a normal part of client/supplier relationship and to be refined in the next project.
