Alok patiently and diligently updated our website using a customized template through WordPress. He also took it from there for hosting with his company which has been great. He set up company emails for us, he helped us with putting our logo on our email signature, taught us how to do blog posts and was the general expert "go to" person for anything that related to our website. He even coached us from time to time about avoiding scams.

We have many more customers visiting our website now. We receive compliments on it regularly. It has been very helpful to have Alok available to talk to when we want to add or change something on it. This has saved us hours of time on a regular basis. We are also wishing to use him more next year with our social media/SEO.

Hard to say as it was 2022 when we did the website over. I guess I wish there was a smaller plan to have him manage some things on the website as I was going to try to do them myself but am not good at it. I always end up asking for his help so I shy away from updating the website. I should be updating it more regularly, doing more blogs improving SEO etc. Business has been brutal this year so funds are limited.

The workflow was very easy to understand and started with logo design, business card design and then website layout design based on the logo branding etc. We mainly discussed to one point of contact who is the director of the company to get things done. He had to make sure to get the right things done with his team members.
