I'm the head of sales at a drive-away company. We relocate self-propelled equipment under its own power within Canada and the US.

What challenge were you trying to address with Constructur?
Our company is limited in its resources to get in front of a mass client base. We run a sales team of three very technically focused service representatives who don’t have the ability to make many outbound contacts. Thus, we've hired Constructur to help us get more clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?
Constructur provides us with sales outsourcing services. Initially, we had several calls with them, during which their team went through our requirements and asked pointed questions to understand our business and our struggles. Since then, Constructur has essentially been able to utilize the information to prospect via email and redirect interested parties directly to our sales team.

What is the team composition?
During our initial calls, two teammates from Constructur were present. Since then, Tim (Client Strategist) has been our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Constructur?
I found them online. We were looking for a company that could help us with our sales, so I spent the bulk of September 2023 looking at Constructur and their competitors. We reduced our options to about five companies, and after the discovery calls, we decided to go with Constructur.

We pay them around $4,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2023, and our engagement is ongoing. We have around eight months left on our current contract, and we fully expect to renew it once it ends.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Constructur has increased our inbound inquiries 10 times in the last four months. Before working with them, our team used to do between 200–300 cold calls on a daily basis. Now, we've reduced those calls to 20 for our entire team. Thanks to Constructur's efforts, we're now seeing more inquiries than we did when we made all those calls in-house.

Constructur has delivered on time and within budget. Overall, they've met our expectations, if not exceeded them.

In 3 months, Constructur has provided Exceptional Roofing with 15 leads. Out of those 15 leads, not one has been a cold lead.

Constructur gives excellent delivery on any leads we get through them via an email with the companies contact information and what ever problem they are currently having.

Constructur used their own servers and email domains to send a sequence of emails to prospects there were not currently in our database but matched the persona we wanted to get our SaaS in front of. Once we had provided the background of our target persona, they went to work building out the infrastructure both technically and commercially with content, cadence and next steps.

We had a monthly goal of leads that would be generated and they met these goals most months. Several months, we were a bit short and worked to tweak the message.
