Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of the project was to design a comprehensive neonatology medical education app for learners to use in the hospital and at home. The app has many sections including topics by systems where learners can learn about pathophysiology, clinical presentation, and managemnet of diseases. It has an imaging section where you can compare normal x-rays or other images to the abnormal ones based on the disease patterns. It has a nutrition and pregnany section in which learners can learn about these topics as well in depth. It has a calculator and equation section in which multiple calculations that are used in the NICU were converted into code to be included in the app. This way learners can just put in the inputs and get there answers without having to do the calculations themselves. It also has a FAQ and resource section. It has a procedures section where the learner can check off the steps to the procedure. There are two other checklists that were incorporated in the app as well where the learners put in specific inputs and they get variable checklists based on those inputs.

A fully functioning app available on the google play store and app store. Also an admin page that allows us to update the material in the app. 

Increased student course enrollments.

The project management was responsive to our needs. They worked around our crazy schedules to ensure we kept moving the project along. They were kind towards all our team members and respectful. They delivered the items on time and took initiative on the next steps of the project as well. Nearing the end of the project there were a list of changes I wanted complete and they didn't hestitate to fix these rather than just submitting what they already had done.

The most impressive thing about this company was their flexibility to create something and then quickly change it if it was not what I pictured. This project was an idea that I had one day in my head and a lot of the details were not fully conceptualized yet but this company was able to help with this and they took my ideas and somehow turned it into an amazing app.

1) manage stock levels
2) automate reordering processes
3) track product movement
4) reduce waste
5) facilitate customer transactions
6) track sales
7) manage inventory in real-time
8) generate sales reports.

We typically use Slack and email to communicate and manage the entire partnership through Notion and Kanban.
