First, Concept studio allocated a project manager to us to understand our needs and how we run our business. They took notes of our demands and ideas. Their team worked on the data and came back with their offer and initial look of the logo and website structure.

We edited the plan couple of times and once the final plan was agreed, they started to work on the development and design phase. Project manager was updating us on every step, once every fortnight. It took longer than expected, but the results were satisfying.
