As we have not launched yet, the measurable outcomes of the project are primarily reflected in usability, performance, and accessibility: They successfully created a simplified interface that users across a wide age range can navigate independently, demonstrating strong usability and reduced onboarding friction. Feedback from more than 50 early access users highlighted the application as intuitive, elegant, and easy to use, with a strong “premium” experience feel. The application is lightweight, fast, and stable, with minimal bugs even in early releases, reflecting strong technical execution and performance optimization.

The collaboration with COMPU-VISION S.A.R.L. has been smooth, clear, and highly productive. The team successfully developed a complex marketplace ecosystem within a relatively short timeframe while keeping the product lightweight, fast, and highly user-friendly. The project involved the end-to-end development of Nomad, a nightlife social application designed to help users discover venues, see where crowds are gathering, and interact socially within the nightlife ecosystem.

The scope of work included product design, mobile application development, backend infrastructure, and integration of core social and venue management features. The development team worked closely with the founder to translate the product vision into a scalable and user-friendly platform.

Key deliverables included:

Development of the mobile application and user interface.
Implementation of the core features including the interactive nightlife map, social feed, and venue network.
Development of referral and points systems to drive user engagement.
Integration of notification systems and user activity tracking.
Testing, bug fixing, and optimisation prior to launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in the successful delivery of a fully functional MVP of the Nomad mobile application. The development team delivered the core product features.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team demonstrated strong project management throughout the development process. While there were occasional communication lags between the co-founder and the development team, these were understandable given the complexity of the project and the fact that it was our first time working together.

We did experience some delays during certain phases of development; however, the team addressed these issues proactively and worked to accommodate the necessary adjustments. They remained responsive to feedback and were willing to adapt when priorities evolved as the product took shape.

Overall, despite a few minor challenges typical of an early-stage project, the collaboration was constructive and the team remained committed to delivering the platform successfully.

The involvment of the founder. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something COMPU-VISION S.A.R.L. could have done differently?

As with many first-time collaborations on a complex product, there were minor communication gaps at certain stages of the project. Improving alignment between all stakeholders and maintaining even more structured communication throughout the development cycle could further streamline the process.

That said, the team was receptive to feedback and consistently worked to address any issues that arose. Overall, these were relatively minor points, and the collaboration remained productive and positive.
