Konstantin was hired to provide initial fundraising pitch reviews, business mentorship, and general consultation regarding financial strategies and tactics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Iterations of the pitch deck for flow and content. We are intending to leverage our new pitch for fundraising, and will update if successful.

The project management requirements for the work we needed done were negligible at best. We received our advice immediately and the recorded feedback within 24 hours, so there was very little delay between review and feedback implementation.

The user experience is overwhelming on first contact, so perhaps reducing the amount of different pipelines and channels that the user has available to them may be beneficial for user experiences.
