What challenge were you trying to address with Coherent?

I hired Coherent to help us design and build our website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Coherent built our website from scratch. Initially, I brought them up to speed about my business. I had a few ideas about the designs I wanted and how I wanted to implement them. I met them in their office and explained how wanted to go through the project. We worked together from there. The team also worked to innovate the website, discussing their suggestions in detail. 

I’ve provided 60%–70% of the site’s content, the Coherent team has done the rest. While designing the website, they’ve also helped us with our digital marketing and SEO campaigns. The Coherent team also provides IT services for our company. 

At present, Coherent continues to provide services for us, especially now that the world is opening up after the COVID-19 pandemic. We have plenty of clients in the UK, the US, and Canada, so we’re adding more features to the website. 

What is the team composition?

We work with many people from Coherent, specifically from their SEO and design teams. 

How did you come to work with Coherent?

One of my friends was in the IT industry, and he had some contact with Coherent. When I asked him to recommend a good website design team, he suggested working with Coherent. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $10,000–$15,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2020, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website has been brilliantly done. I’ve linked the website to our clients around the world, and everyone loves it.

How did Coherent perform from a project management standpoint?

Coherent communicates efficiently. We mainly talk over email. If we encounter any kind of problem, I can go to their office and directly talk to them. It’s been nice working with them — they’re always clear about everything. We also sometimes use WhatsApp and Skype. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is highly flexible, and their resources are highly professional. If I want to change anything in the scope of the project, they do it; they won’t have a problem with it at all. They don’t become frustrated, unlike other teams when their client comes with many problems. With Coherent, every time I come to them with a problem, they solve it in a beautiful way. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They’re good communicators and professionals.

Work with Coherent. I’ve recommended a friend to work with them, and they’re working together well.
