Our project was a smartphone application which onboarded talent and artists from different different categories across the world and create their portfolio showcasing their body of work. We wanted an Android app to acheive our objective so we took Coherent Lab services.

We explored through linked in and found them impressive. We initiated conversation with them to know more about the kind of services they provide and one most important trait which they have is that they always provide a navigation build as per requirement to clients and go ahead with work only when client is satisfied with initial build.

They ensure the quality is standard and believe in improvisation as the project progresses.

Application which onboarded talent and artists from different different categories across the world and create their portfolio showcasing their body of work. All artists will be able to enhance their portfolio with audience engagement using likes, comments, applause. Artists can chat with the end user and get appreciated for their work.

The event organisers or other artists can collaborate with them and depending upon the body of work, they can earn badges. Technology used was IDE Visual studio, eclipse, java and kotlin programming language.

A senior developer and 2 junior developers were part of team which worked on this project. Project manager was very well mannered and knew his job well. I’d like to take this opportunity to appreciate the organisation for professionalism and meeting deadlines for each phase.

Butter smooth UI UX and no crashes after a vigorous usage. We were satisfied with the outcome and users really liked the app and wanted to know more about all the features. Download numbers were good as idea was liked by all artists across the world who want to be heard, noticed.

Daily updates and weekly summary report of progress of the features and had a session with us for feedback on latest build and improvement required in app.

They were a team with honesty and integrity. They first want feedback of initial navigation build as a sample and proceed only when client is satisfied with sample build.

They are true professionals and rarely leave anything to say. All the best and hope you get even better every day and looking for a long term relationship with you guys.

We had a high number of subscription-based orders and it was getting hard for us to manage those orders.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave Coherent Lab LLP all of our requirements, and from there, they provided an  IT solution. The team developed two Android apps that would help us manage our order inventory. Both apps weren’t integrated on our website. 

The first app was for our customers and it enabled them to order and subscribe to our services. On top of that, they could check their wallet amount through the app. The second app was for internal use, which allowed us to change the inventory and menu. We could track orders and sales, too. They now provide business consultancy and support, and it’s focused on how we can enhance the business with online marketing.

They’ve been able to support us really well. As a result, it’s very easy for us to manage orders and subscriptions now.

Their project management is pretty good. They’ve been 15 days to one month late in completing our product, but that’s expected with these kinds of services. We communicate through phone calls, and we also meet them in person.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational landing page and decided on a colour scheme and the design language for the whole website.
