Cogniteq supported us in ongoing support in app and software development during our MVP and demo-build stages to becoming a valued partner in broader scope development work while we are developing our launchable product. First phase deliverables were achieved within the projected timelines. Being a.o. a stable, proprietary VOIP server, secure NTAG verification system, end-user features and database work. Leading to proper preparation for a first pilot run. 

We look forward to entering phase 2 of our development roadmap shortly with them.

Adapt our pre-existing, React Native-based mobile application to handle our new Bluetooth based hardware product line. This incorporates the creation of a native SDK for Android, written in Kotlin, and iOS, written in Swift, to support the Bluetooth / BLE connection as well as some rework of the existing React Native code base. The work was done fully integrated into our own  Kanban-based product development workflow and in close collaboration with our own engineers and product managers.

We launched the hardware product line successfully in November of last year. This success was, to a significant part, due to the work done by mobile software engineer provided by Cogniteq.

We worked together on a customer project and an internal project. In our customer project, the focus was on the content work in the backend. In our internal project, we worked on the frontend, design and UX.

For our external project, we were able to measure the functionality of the software in particular and develop it in 2-week iterations. 
For our internal project, the goal was to complete the entire frontend by October 2024, which we achieved on time.

For a couple of years, we've been working on an energy management solution for one of our clients, a leading renewable energy company. The client planned to add new functionality to monitor wind turbines and prevent malfunctions through real-time updates and predictive analysis. As we had tough deadlines, we decided to outsource this part of the work to a team with experience in such systems.

We had an existing app running for our Sales representatives with the goal of helping them in collecting information of potential customers. The goal with this app was to have a digital solution for collecting data and performing Machine Learning predictions on them. 
The existing solution was limited in terms of functionality and accuracy. We involved Cogniteq in testing and solving the issues with the existing version. Then, after successfully mitigating the issues, Cogniteq was also asked to implement more analytics functionality within the app. They respected the deadlines and provided a good technical documentation.

we worked in an agile manner with standup meetings. For each tasks we focus on scoping and having metrics for assessing the work done. Thanks to that and the tight collaboration with Cogniteq, we were able to improve the existing version of our app and being in time for the delivery date.
