Not yet, we havent launched to market yet.

They were quick, polite, and helpful. Some deadlines were missed but it wasnt too late.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Robust build.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They sometimes went a bit quiet and I didn't know if anything was being worked on (but it was), bugs lists were not always completely dealt with so had to re-add old bugs to new bug lists, several mobile rendering issues were missed during their QA but this was fixed soon after.

I cannot express with stars how satisfied I am with this website design. It's exactly what was asked for. For me it was a new thing deigning a website from scratch (the others were off the shelf such as self-builders). The team was responsive and patient....and went the extra mile to make it work. Thumbs up :)

I needed the option to charge clients an amount based on the VA's monthly hours. Stripe has that ability but it needs to be "tuned on" and hooked up to a system where my team can enter those hours in and charge the customer.
