The project is a custom software that is for Dr's so they can perform CDL physical exams through the app instead of doing them on paper. They also created a connection to the FMCSA so that the forms can be automatically sent to where they need to go. This app also includes pre-exam texting to allow Dr's to send forms to the patients before they get to the office to make things more effient.

Custom phone numbers purchasable with Twilio integration, outbound SMS working, outbound email working, connection to FMCSA API, bug free interface, ease of use.

They always provide clear time frames on when our next deadlines would be hit and stayed on time. They also communicated very well over skype (Now Teams) and if I ever need to talk to them they were available right away.

Shipment creation & label printing: allowing users to easily generate and print shipping labels.
Real-time tracking: a public tracking page with live status updates, timeline, and map integration.
Notifications system: automated updates via email and WhatsApp for all shipment statuses.
Role-based dashboards: tailored interfaces for Admin, Staff, and Merchants to manage shipments efficiently.
Integrations: initial setup for Shopify and Cuanto to streamline e-commerce order fulfillment.
Branch management features: staff-cashiers tied to specific branches with default sender/recipient rules.

Successful pilot tests: The system was deployed and tested in Uno Express branches, confirming that shipment creation, scanning, and tracking flows work in real-world conditions.
Notifications integrated: Email and WhatsApp updates were successfully connected, reducing the manual follow-up required for shipments.
Operational efficiency: Manual processes (label creation, status updates, reporting) were digitized, cutting time per shipment and improving visibility.

These outcomes demonstrate that the platform is already solving key logistics challenges and is on track for full launch across Panama.
