This project was to create an app that would provide paycheck tracking for a niche group of trade workers. This group of trade workers has a very complicated and flexible pay structure that could not be handled by regular tracking apps. We needed an app that did this service with accuracy, worked accross web and both app stores, and could be the base layer to eventually add more features such as communities and other job resources.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Coding Pixel met all of the deadlines ahead of schedule most of the time. They created an app that had a very specific calculation formula across 3 different plaforms and it all worked seemless.
Each of these had little to no bugs, and the 1 or 2 bugs that it had were so minor that almost nobody caught them. They were then fixed immediately and without issue. The app has had over 800 new customers within the first 1.5 months and has had multiple people reach out to say how great it is.

The team constantly met their deadlines on time or ahead of schedule. There was no need to baby sit them or to have to worry about how far along they were on a project.
As a person with almost no coding experience, they went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on and guide me through some of the things that needed to be done on my end. Whenever they did need something from me, which was rare, they would send a detailed video on how exactly to do it so there would not be any mixups. The communication is top-notch.

The company is extremely quick to handle any issues or concerns. They are always available to respond and to meet your needs. If any issues happen with the app, they have a resolution typically within 24hrs. The crew here doesn't spend time telling you about what theyre going to do, they just do it. They get a task, they do it, and they deliver perfectly every time.

None, Coding Pixel has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

I retained Coding Pixel to help me develop a complex immigration guide with variable answers depending upon the answers a user selects as they progress through the guide. My goal was to create native applications for iOS, macOS, Android, and Web. In the end, they were able to deliver exactly what was required.

Despite time zone differences and language differences, we were able to work together to get the project completed within the expected time frames.

Our goal was to create a platform that empowers users to effortlessly search and browse for their wellness needs, fostering a vibrant and interconnected community of wellness enthusiasts. What made this project even more impressive was the tight timeline – we needed the app up and running within just two quarters.

CodingPixel delivered on all my needs in a timely matter. In software development we know that sometimes things slip or items are delayed. CodingPixel made great sizing estimates and were able to communicate to me proactively if items were going to be delayed and WHY. They wanted to build the perfect app for me and didn't cut corners to always meet the deadline. They did things the right way. Our open line of communication was amazing. They were very responsive.

The team took our basic vision and wireframes and were able to deliver beyond our expectations in design and quality. It’s a complex app that requires multiple functions and though we had a fair share of bugs along the way (as you’d expect), the team has continued to adapt and improve. They’ve been able to add small features we thought of after the fact and have been very understanding. They fully designed and developed a complex app from beginning to finish.

I don’t know a specific metric, but we did not have a product at all, and CodingPixel fully developed a live app functioning on the app-store with real-life users. They went through design, prototype, beta testing, and live launch. This measures significant progress.

They usually delivered on time, though sometimes things took longer than they anticipated so they couldn’t deliver as promised. Though they were very understanding and made sure to communicate with us.

The only things I would say is perhaps disclose all possible costs to clients at the beginning. Including all AWS costs, 3rd party costs and so forth. Then perhaps would just make sure someone is always available to communicate in slack.

We needed a brand new live Shopify/Impulse Theme-based website. We sought a coder/programmer to help us implement a redesign that is also Shopify/Impulse Theme-based. Also we needed a lighter, simpler aesthetic moving forward. As we made improvements and changes, we needed to ensure our existing customer base was cared for and not impacted by this redesign. Seamless integration was a must.

We got what we needed! The site looks great and functions well. The design and UI are what we hoped for. The customer integration that we had to have was fulfilled.

The entire project involved completely gutting and renovating an Army cafeteria on a base in Germany. Coding Pixel developed and delivered the app for Android and iOS devices and coordinated with the German distributor who developed the kiosk. 

Coding Pixel provided the design and UX for the app, as well as the APIs, and coordinated with the German vendor to make sure their product matched the vision provided by Coding Pixel.

• The development of an app and admin panel that could reside on the Army server for remote food ordering.
