We started to maintain our existing websites with the company, and then moving on, we also launched 3-4 new websites and applications with them. The aim was first to contract the vendor for maintenance of current applications, but seeing the good performance, we decided to make our new websites with them only. New websites includes Hotel Websites, Real Estate, and Car Rentals. Key Deliverables which are in scope are:

• Maintain complete existing applications along with server handling on was. 
• Create new web applications. 
• Provide support when some bugs arise on operating websites. 
• Creating new features.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Previously, we had issues with vendors we hired to maintain our web applications in budget. Some had development knowledge but not servers and vice versa. With CodiFly IT Solutions, we have all the necessary resources we need under one roof. For this reason, we are comfortable with Codifly and are ready to continue working with them. 

The outcomes are, our internal tech team can now emphasis more on researching more features then developing and maintaining. success of this collaboration is that we have no issues in creating new features and pages and scalability is increased

Codifly IT Solutions team is great at project management. We initially discussed the requirements on Google Meet, they arranged a physical meeting with our regional operators since we have branches all over the states and countries. So Danny and Ashish came to meet us and discussed the requirements. We then also communicated the necessary with the Dubai Team. 

So project manager of the Dubai team has moved on to coordinate with them for project requirements regularly. They started the use of JIRA, which is convenient for Task Management. They used Skype for communication for official purposes but they also used WhatsApp regularly. They gave us a junior product owner who communicates with us, asks us about the requirements, and gives us updates on work done. They have a QA who tests the product's accuracy regularly

Potential Classes is an online/offline coaching business, the primary aim of developing this project is to make my business's presence online so that i can target my state's market for more students in my batch. Some of the key deliverables were - to create website for online presence with attractive educational theme - to allow students to register on platform - to let me manage content on my platform using admin panel - to develop and also deploy the web app end to end.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since the project is completed I received 10-12 online enquiries using website out of which 2 were converted and became my student. My local presence improved, and I can confidently share my business website with prospective clients. We are now doing new template for marketing along with website link, and we have seen analytics on netlify accordingly.

They have technical leads + developers. Technical leads take up the requirement and understand the project from us ( stakeholders ) and developers develop the app with requirements. Technical leads to weekly calls to explain progress and ask for satisfaction and changes. Overall their technical skills are fantastic, Danny and Ashish are great technical leads and representing codifly it solutions very nicely. 

They are leading team of 10 people as far as i know but they gave me 2 developers 1 frontend and 1 backend which was fine for my timelin and budget. Overall they have nice project management strategies, they let developers develop and involve themselves in requirements calls which ultimately speedify the development process.

They can hire a Product Owner now and that should help their business. Otherwise all is good

Since we have contracted them, the project is aligned ever. Whenever we have requirements they have developer available to support it.

Even though we did not hire anyone full time, but whenever we request them to help us on some new pages or bug fixing, they align a developer in a very short span which is very positive about their team. Overall our work load has been reduced internally since website stack has been taken care by them.

We use Skype as communication tool. The vendor or company also proposed us to use Jira Tool, Jira is a task management tool which is instructed to us by them. We liked that tool as it helps us in keeping the tasks and roadmap clear. So I would say following for this topic

Their pattern of working is very good as they are very streamlined and synched among each other. There way of working is modern since we never used platforms like JIRA in past for task management, they proposed us and we liked it a lot.

I think they are overall good, nothing to complaint, and in future we will continue working with them.
