I’m a board member of MoreMoi, an online fashion site that sells our own brand of clothes.

We launched in 2008 as ShuShu, an online platform for sharing clothes and fashion-related content. We recently rebranded to MoreMoi and changed the marketing strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to provide fashionable women with a place to share what they like, to set trends, and to make it easier for others to find great clothes for less money.

They were recommended to us by a friend.

CodeWave built a platform for sharing pictures and links to clothes and fashions, as well as for influencers to share their unique styles. Their developers built a complete website for sharing, commenting on, and rating images of clothes. 

What was the team composition?

We worked with two full-stack developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We had a lot of traffic coming to the site at launch, and CodeWave made sure that the pages would work and load quickly.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

CodeWave kept in close communication with us. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

CodeWave successfully provided direct support for our team while we were in the early stages of our company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They were a little pricey, especially for a small company like ours.

We mainly wanted the platform to be user-friendly and safe to use.

Thanks to the platform, we can be sure that our clients always receive the freshest software updates and tools. Their work met our requirements, and we are satisfied with the results.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed well. We received weekly updates on the progress of the project. CodeWave managed to finish all the work on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge and skills were outstanding. Also, CodeWave’s people acted as if they were a part of our team, which was really impressive.

I’m the head of process management at a game development studio. We are known for the Dying Light series.

We hired them to conduct a business analysis for a complex ERP project.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to get an outside view of our IT system and internal processes. We needed to see how they fit into the features and workflows of off-the-shelf ERP systems. Based on the analysis, we could then develop the spec of an ERP system that would work for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

CodeWave’s business analysis gave us a good starting point to find our ideal ERP solution. Eventually, we decided to build the system with a different vendor.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their business analysis was mostly self-managed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

CodeWave was quite open. They weren’t afraid to tell us that we would be better off with a different vendor.
