CodevianTechnologies Pvt. Ltd. took full ownership of the development of both the web dashboard and the mobile app. The web platform was built to serve our administrators, instructors, and enterprise users. It featured an intuitive dashboard that offered user role management, session scheduling, VR environment selection, analytics on simulation sessions, and integration with our proprietary VR back end. Security protocols were set in place to meet our industry-specific compliance needs.

On the mobile side, Codevian delivered a hybrid application compatible with both iOS and Android. It featured push notifications, gamified progress tracking, tutorial content access, and even limited remote control functions for managing VR sessions.

The scope also included:

• UI/UX design from scratch tailored to our brand and VR-oriented aesthetics

Users showed a noticeable increase in daily engagement thanks to the mobile app’s intuitive UI and gamified progress interface.

We advertised on Freelancer.com early last year. This vendor was one of the selected providers based on the right questions asked by them during the "interview" stage.

The created a bespoke tool around our requirements. They are now also hosting and providing support for the application both web-based and mobile application.

They had about 5 in the team - who would come and go based on what part of the project we were working on and their expertise for the relevant part.

We are now saving almost 2 hours per day since using the automated system.

We had 2 points of contacts within the company - who split the PM task - therefore there was always someone available for us when needed.

They were always there when we needed and they listened to our requirements and proposed solutions.
