We measured the project's success by the amount of bugs, updates, and fixes that didn't require revisions. The website functioned quite well. We struggled sometimes with matching the UI designs and needed multiple revisions or multiple communications to get it right. Coders was always kind and professional towards the end of the relationship they were a bit harder to reach.

Coders delivered on time most of the time. Their project management was great at times and challenging at other times. We communicated via email and Slack.

Coders could've asked more questions when implementing things that seemed unclear. They also could have had more attention to detail at times. We were overall happy but had some small struggles with communication or matching our requests.
