We assign tasks within the backlog, and the teammates work with an agile methodology so we can review their weekly results progress.Coderio mainly provides front- and backend developers in React Native and PySpark for serverless processes, which are pretty specific profiles. Our approach is to treat the team's engineers as full-time employees. We've treated them similarly in the onboarding phase in terms of understanding our product, processes, and technologies. Coderio's backend engineer works on our product's backend, and the frontend engineer works on some backend and UI work for the web application. Coderio's engineers use the Ruby programming language.What is the team composition?Currently, we work with two engineers from Coderio: a backend and a frontend engineer. We assign tasks within the backlog, and the teammates work with an agile methodology so we can review their weekly results progress.Coderio mainly provides front- and backend developers in React Native and PySpark for serverless processes, which are pretty specific profiles. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?Our most significant success is in terms of time savings. As professionals of high technical quality, Coderio’s teammates support us in large projects. For example, we had problems with a data processing project and had less than three months to do that work. We reduced it to a month and a half, so Coderio accelerated 50% of that project.Additionally, Coderio has supported some technical definitions to save costs, mainly in the cloud. We’ve estimated 10%–20% monthly savings, which is a significant number too. We've been able to develop two new products, which is a historical record for my end client to develop this kind of project in months instead of years. Coderio_ has deployed the end client's new website and mobile app last month. However, we don't have impact metrics in terms of numbers. The end client's company used to have several teams dedicated to app and web development projects, and working with Coderio_ has allowed us to unify our development projects into one team. We're confident that this project will greatly impact my end client's savings. How did Coderio_ perform from a project management standpoint?We've requested Coderio_ to increase the project's scope or reduce time, and the team has been open and understanding of our change requests.
