I first reached out to CodeNomad to help design, construct, and test a prototype pay process so I could sell my books from my author website. CodeNomad did an amazing job and laid the groundwork for additional income streams for my author business (website: https://AuthorKimMegahee.com). It was a very successful project.

I then reached out to CodeNomad after a consultant messed up my website. I'm a former IT professional, but it was damaged beyond my ability to repair.  CodeNomad fixed it quickly, then helped me to design and set up a prototype book page and a test plan for helping visitors buy that book directly from me.  They also helped me clean up and secure my website after it got hacked.

Most lately, I engaged CodeNomad to use the data I supplied to update all eight of my book pages so that they are all set up like the prototype. 

Deliverables:  All the book pages on my author website were updated to be consistent with the original prototype page. 

All the pages and links worked perfectly the first time I tested them. I was very pleased with the work CodeNomad did. In every task, they were fast and efficient. They were very professional and ever vigilant to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

I will engage them again in the near future to set up all the pay processes for my paperback books, my audiobooks, and my eBooks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All web book pages are consistent with each other now and work as designed. While I provided a lot of data, CodeNomad did the work in less than a week, and the pages performed as designed the first time (Delivery on time, on budget, and worked right out of the box).

The web platform is now ready for us (CodeNomad and me) to implement the pay processes for all of my books.

The CodeNomad Team was consistently on schedule. They delivered all tasks quickly. They were very responsive (very efficient communications) and responded to all suggestions and requirements very quickly. We used WhatsApp and email to communicate. 

They were very consistent in notifying me immediately after work was done, so I could test it. 

If I wasn't happy with results (meaning: they did what I asked them to do, but I didn't like it after they finished), they asked questions to clarify what I was looking for and made appropriate suggestions and/or changes.

Develop a fully functional website to cater the following needs:

• Portal needed to be accessible to the different types of users.
• The users should be able to login, purchase the warranties and file the claim on the portal.
• The Claims process should be easy and seemless.
• The portal should be available for the technicians also. So, that they can automate the repair using the portal.

• The project was completed and as promised within the guidelines.

They provided all of the technical elements involved in complimenting our sharing economy business model. As "the Uber of Activities" we needed an application that would empower our Hosts to "post and host" activities as easily as Uber Drivers could jump in their car and drive people around. We also needed it to enable our Users to find, get the information they need, and transact an activity registration or purchase as easily as they might get an Uber. 

Our market position remains to penetrate Users' minds to the point where they use our platform (called "PLAGO") as a direct object. People will often say "Let's get an Uber." Similarly, we strive for people to, when they ask other "what do you want to do today, "Let's do a PLAGO!" For this to happen the deliverable was an app that showed them all the activities going on (as posted by Hosts) in a radius around where they are, or where they plan to be, that had the capability of inviting them with videos, provide date, time, location, search tags, images, invites, wish lists, host info, etc., and the ability to immediately register and pay, with QR ticketing and back end communications. This needed to emulated on a website as well (plago.org).

The fully completed the app, website and back-end data processes.

They were attentive, responsive, provided updates and information on the status of various elements in a timely manner. They actively listened with a balanced and proactive point of view, yet were not pushy, regularly providing consultative recommendations.

We were impressed with their ability to translate our concepts into functional and intuitive solutions. The most unique element was their ability to be our friends, with a fully caring attitude, during the challenging process.

The main one would be that they have capabilities they can bring to bear on a project, yet sometimes, out of cultural humility, may not suggest them as early and committedly as could be the case.
